Every time we go there it is something! The young lady was very nice and I asked for two things of bacon and hash browns, I get home and give it to my daughter. Well they gave me two sandwiches instead of two bacon, I never said anything bout a sandwich just bacon and hash browns. Even through door dash they can’t get it right! So they will no longer get our business but doesn’t seems like they care

Wil not go back again I got over charged got the $6 meal deal with a iced coffee sandwich and hashbrowns with and extra bagel with cream cheese and a French crawler should of came to like $11. And some change I got back $2.00 out of $20 and no receipt and the manager who ever she is was so rude with a nasty attitude if she goes ill come back this was the second time with her attitude but first time getting over charged I tried to call the store nobody answered I called corporate twice on her I was told that the general manager would call nobody did that was a week ago I called again today and they said the same thing I told them it needs to go to someone higher because nobody called the last time with that managers attitude she's gonna make them loose business

We no longer will be coming when we know the Wednesday night staff is working. They are not friendly, consistently make us feel like it’s an inconvenience to take/serve orders, and have messed up our orders twice in major ways.
Any other crew we’ve gotten is great, just that one that spoiled it. When 7 Brew is next door, we would rather pay more to get an accurate order there.

There's always new rules to anything you order. They be having the only attitude when you tell them they made the drink wrong. There's no reason to add so much milk in a latte, for that I buy a cup of milk. Then pay for extra shot of espresso n they still don't give it to you. Always have to drive down to cassat to get my dunkin now.
