Very disappointed. Ordered a ham and Swiss croissant and it was burnt. Didn't realize it until I got to work so I wasn't able to take it back and of course they didn't give me a receipt. On a good note coffee was great as usual

I purchased items before going into work. The order was incorrect. I attempted to call them multiple times to have them fix the order so I could swing by and exchange the item. I called approx 10 times over a span of 4 hours. No one answered. Very disappointed. The new management has been great but this event really is frustrating because my bill was over 20 dollars and I’m todays inflated prices every one is feeling the crunch.

If people have an attitude they should not work there. Stood at the counter waiting patiently. One employee was cooking and another was working the drive through. She asked the guy cooking how long on food he said its going to be a few minutes. So I used this opportunity and said while you are waiting on food you could get me a doughnut. She decided she would just ignore me. This is why brick and mortar retail is dying, employees are not taught customer service.
Very quick and efficient filling orders from online app. Have gotten to know them and they are very friendly. Wish there was a way that if they are out of a particular donut or item the app would not allow the order to go through with that item. They are quick to substitute whatever you want but when picking up orders for other people that doesn't always work. I come here almost everyday and enjoy the staff and coffee.
