Everytime I come to this Dunkin there is always an issue. The reason I even go to this dunkin is because it literally 5-6 minutes from my home, but today was my last time. A drink that I get everytime I come all of a sudden today they make the drink wrong and oh we can’t do it. They need better customer service and they need it bad…The older lady today wasnt the issue it’s always the younger girl. Mind u she made the drink last week and even said she wanted to try it.

This Dunkin had a rough patch after the renovation. But its up and running really well. I visit there often and I have observed that they are very methodical. I never expect them to memorize what I like to drink or eat. I always receive exactly what I asked for and I am very please with their service!

They screwed up my donut order twice in a row. Just asked for a Boston creme and got a glazed donut. Brought it back and they apologized and instead of giving me a Boston creme Brough back a maple glazed.

I received a nasty soggy bagel with butter all over the outside. When I order the same thing at other Dunkin locations, the butter is spread in between the sliced bagel. The employees were immature, laughing and being disrespectful. They took forever to toast another bagel. I assume that this is the fault of the store manager who didn't train them properly.

my sandwich are always cold even when I ask to have it double toasted also the coffee is nasty...I asked for 4caramels 3 creams I get my coffee and it's nasty they barely put caramel in it and put granulated sugar in my coffee which I did not ask for sugar..... this Dunkin donuts just doesn't listen they don't listen when you tell them how you want coffee they don't listen when you tell them how you want your sandwiches they do not listen, which is why I'm giving them 1 star ......don't waste your money
I love this place. I've been going here all last week because I was working right up the road and they are very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Service is great. Food is great. Coffee is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend.
