I purchased items before going into work. The order was incorrect. I attempted to call them multiple times to have them fix the order so I could swing by and exchange the item. I called approx 10 times over a span of 4 hours. No one answered. Very disappointed. The new management has been great but this event really is frustrating because my bill was over 20 dollars and I’m todays inflated prices every one is feeling the crunch.

Very quick and efficient filling orders from online app. Have gotten to know them and they are very friendly. Wish there was a way that if they are out of a particular donut or item the app would not allow the order to go through with that item. They are quick to substitute whatever you want but when picking up orders for other people that doesn't always work.
I come here almost everyday and enjoy the staff and coffee.

Service was great, this time. Service at this Dunkin, the University Blvd store, is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it sucks. I've been there in the morning and late afternoon, store is always clean, food is always spot on, as is the coffee. Service is often rather slow because their drive-thru gets absolutely slammed while the lobby is usually empty. Parking and leaving can be difficult in their small, cramped parking lot. I recommend using the street...
