Do not make drinks right and when you tell them they get an attitude!! Now mind you the drink i always get LG frozen caramel coffee $6.33. Hard to find a location that makes them right!! Just check you stuff before you leave!

I ordered a large iced cappuccino, the coffee was halfway full. I called in and the manager had like no clue what I was talking about and I’ve worked at a Dunkin. 1 star im not ordering here again.

So the guy on the intercom in the drive thru was nice and respectful but we would’ve appreciated a heads up on delay due to only 2 people working overall. We never received our food due to the wait, luckily there was enough space to back out of the line.

I walked in to use the restroom and was told I had to make a purchase in order to use it. After placing a complaint with corporate and informing the manager, she gave me rude thumbs up.

Ordered a few times on Uber eats to the 24 hour location.
They lied to my driver the first time. Said the order had been picked up. Second driver showed up and they did the same. Not sure why. Laziness?
I live nearby so I drove to the store to check it out. Watched them lie again instead of making the order. Uber assigned another driver. Driver canceled the order when he got to the store.
The entire time I'm calling the store and nobody is answering.
Terrible. The fact I have to drive to a 24 hour store. at 12 15 because the service is terrible is pretty bad.
