Im really done with dunkin at this point! Nothing more disappointing than a big gulp of coffee first thing in the morning that's nothing like what you ordered. Also its only 5 dollars but its a 5 dollar COFFEE it should be right every single time not sometimes. Ridiculous!
Update: went to have it fixed the lady said there was no way I was stuck in traffic coming back and was nasty. The manager saw every bit of this happen mind you. Then the lady proceeds to make it wrong again and listen I was very polite respectful and patient until she went to running her mouth. I threw it away and left. Keep the 5 dunkin its the last one you'll get! I'll drive all the way to elianos 💯

My order was wrong and I called the store 3 times and no one picks up the one. I asked for a sandwich to be made a certain way and they completely did it wrong. I was given no receipt and the cuatomer service wasn't great.

*************PLEASE READ************** Absolutely awful service! My son was served stale doughnut holes during a visit a few days ago, so we decide to try again this morning. The service we received was terrible and it was from the district manager and the store manager. They were rude when asked for a sample to make sure they were fresh. We purchased them anyway. I immediately regretted it. We turned around and I went in to get a refund. When I went in, the manager comes over, defensive, asking what I needed. I motioned to the rude man who I did not know was the district manager and requested a refund. As I am waiting, the DISTRICT manager finally comes over and asks what's wrong and I explained he was rude to my daughter when she asked for a sample to test for freshness. He offered no apologies and in fact was more indignant and belligerent. So was I and the manager chimed in too, again, no apologies for their stale, subpar product or mistreatment! Please do not visit this location, go to Krispy Kreme, instead. Their product and customer service is so much better! Awful people!

The team was very nice and courteous. The wait wasn’t long. Yet, they apologized for the wait time. They look as if they work well together and it was nice to see a bunch of smiling, happy and energetic young people with great customer service.

No pride or respect for their jobs. Food was colder than the winter air, ice coffee without ice, and the food tastes like it was made last week and microwaved this morning to save time. Irritated and ashamed that I paid 25$ for what appears to be week old cafeteria food.
Simply put, if you value your time and money, stay away from this location. It is an absolute waste of space and money.

I just went to this Dunkin and it was horrible, I got an avocado toast with no bacon and loaded hashbrowns and a drink, the avocado toast had NO seasoning on it and it wasn’t even sourdough bread it was literally regular bread that I could get from my pantry. The loaded hashbrowns were made with old hashbrowns and had enough cheese to cover one single hashbrown and that’s all. Food was horrible and the lady at the drive through was just as bad not even greeting or using manners -1/10 experience and waste of money

I had to wait over 15 minutes for a coffee, and this occurred during the overnight hours when there were no other customers in line. Additionally, I found their demeanor to be less than satisfactory.
Service was outstanding!! Counter person was great with ice cream sampling for my 8 and 12 year old grandgirls.

Drive thru cashier has a pleasant voice and good demeanor but she can't count charge. She doesn't know how to correct mistakes.There was a problem and she asked for the receipt back. I refused because she said I owed five to six dollars more than I did. She told me she would give it back. I got the rest of my things and change back. But then she pulled the receipt out of my hand. She then refused to give it back. She said that the manager would have to print it again. Which could have been done after I got my copy and left. She lied to me. She tried to pull a fast one and brought the receipt back in. I guess she didn't think I could tell about her almost handing it to me. I finally did get a copy of the receipt and it makes no sense. It looks like skimming.

Best place open 24/7 for coffee. Fresh Dunkin Coffee any hour and friendly service. Skip the gas station coffee and go visit Dunkin on Cassat Ave.
