They should have left this location closed. I ordered in the app, a large iced coffee and the donut skewer. They gave me 3 plain balls in a bag and a medium hot coffee. After correcting they gave me a large iced coffee in a hot cup. This was hot coffee thrown with ice. It was basically water. My toddler was PISSED about the lack of multi flavored donut skewer. So thanks for that. We took it all back inside and asked for a refund because i don’t think they know what is going on & they said no?! You can try to get one on the app. Excuse me? Two teens working that obviously NEED an actual adult to supervise. This location has always been a problem. Get rid of it or at least get rid of the entire staff. Every time I give it a chance because its a minute from my house I end up pissed off. This is ridiculous. Its not hard. I have been a barista. These people seem to do it on purpose.

Love my local Dunkin' crew!!! Been visiting occasionally since this location opened, but starting a couple months ago I've been coming here all the time to chill out with my laptop and study for college. Food/bakery and coffee are always fresh and delicious, the lobby is open later than every other coffee shop in the area, and everyone here is extremely friendly and accommodating- I always feel like the team goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of whenever I'm hanging out here. Definitely have been lots of improvements in all areas compared to when this location first opened a couple years ago. Plus the built in BR is awesome for taking home a couple pints as a treat for the family if you want something special but y'all aren't feeling donuts. Couldn't recommend enough!!! ?

Absolutely disgusting inside this location. There's trash and filth everywhere, the bathroom is just gross, and there's live bugs crawling around inside the restaurant. We usually just use the drive through but NEVER again.

I was quite dissatisfied at the least with the lady at the counter complaining about bout her job and rudely throwing drink orders around and saying she was NOT WELL AND SWEATING.thankfully, a young lady named 'SOLIS" I believe, is how it's prounced stepped up and took order as I was about to leave. I come to.dunkin at least 3 xs a week and maybe a sat morning..Please do better w these employees thst do not care for return business.And young lady looked to be one of the youngest in building.I told her I was very proud of her.

Received the wrong order not once but twice, you call the store and everyone sounds like they just got back from a different kind of smoke break! Called the store this evening and learned from Shari the only employee in the store apparently because according to her she does not have a manager or supervisor over night! Terrible product, terrible customer service, just an all around nightmare of a place to work with!

Very disappointed, the hot coffee was cold and I asked for oat meal and they gave me regular milk. Like come on dude! I had to wait like 5 min for a freaking coffee. Don’t come to this location!!!!!

Be VERY careful if you choose to go here! TRIPLE check your food before driving off. The chances of your food missing or being very poorly prepared are very high at this location. Such a shame too because Dunkin Donuts usually does it right. But not at this location!
