Stood at the counter for 4 minutes without ever being acknowledged so I took my money elsewhere. Mind you there was 3 employees working in the front.
absolutely horrible service, visited the Merrill rd location today and couldn't believe how poor the service was. Placed an order through the drive thru, got to the window paid for my order and waited maybe 6 mins for the cashier to come back with a drink, continued to wait another 5 mins only for the cashier to come back And ask why was I waiting. Dunkin' has received mixed reviews. On a positive note, the service is generally good with friendly and polite staff who make orders exactly as requested. There are wonderful and courteous employees who serve the best flavored coffees with a smile. However, this is a very busy location with extremely slow service and long wait times. The environment is not always clean, with tables that need to be wiped down. Parking is very limited and there is hardly any parking. Seating is limited and there is zero room for a wheelchair.
