Absolute worst Dunkin and management. Placed a mobile order at 4:11pm arrived not too long after. Pulled up to the speaker and my mobile order appeared on the screen to drive up to the window so after waiting a few minutes we did. Then waited at the window for 5 minutes and we spent $20 getting drinks and food thinking oh maybe they’re just making the order still no worries. An employee opens the window and off the bat is yelling and cursing “WE DONT HAVE SHIT WE’RE CLOSED” i get it if you need to close early fine but offer refunds to paying customers! It’s not the customers fault YOU GUYS left the mobile order on which after i left they turned it right off. I called the next day to speak to a manager because i have never been treated that way by an employee and she’s unapologetic, unprofessional and says oh yes i was there. Didn’t offer a refund nothing. Do NOT go here there’s plenty of other Dunkin’s near by who treat their customers way better and would NEVER do this.

I placed an order in the drive through this morning and my total was $11 and some change. They scan my card for $21 and some change for the wrong order. While waiting for my correct order the lead tells the associate im holding up the line🙄. Instead of refunding my card the lead refunded cash and only gave me back about $.77 in change. When I drove off and checked the original charge on my bank account I realized they still owe me about $11. I called the store the same lead got on the phone argued and stated she gave me back cash not change. Then I told her no you only handed me change. I told her I understand your job is hectic in the mornings but you over charged me $11, she then said Im sorry and didn't bother to offer compensate me the money due🙄 at that point I was over it. Very unprofessional drive through service.

This Dunkin has consistently gone down hill. Everytime I come the girls at the window are rude to me & I get order and its wrong.
After receiving my food and realizing I was missing a chocolate doughnut in the bag that was for my son I asked if I could get my chocolate doughnut because it was missing. This girl rolled her eyes and said you didn't say a chocolate doughnut, she then took my card and rang me up and charged me for a chocolate doughnut. I looked down at my receipt and had to show her it was infact on my receipt.
I use to come to this location weekly/daily its become twice a year at this point & after these last few times I wont be back. Its truly sad. I love and defend arlington and am proud to be from this side of town. Ive worked in customer service food and retail I always try my best to be polite and treat people the way I want to be treated. I should be able to ask a question about my order or the flavor in my coffee with being treated rudely.

We love this dunkin, it's fun getting a sweet treat and our girl Karina always takes care of us and knows us by first name. The coffee is always superb and exactly the way I order it. The other drinks are good too, we get the blue raspberry Rockstar energy.
