We love this dunkin, it's fun getting a sweet treat and our girl Karina always takes care of us and knows us by first name. The coffee is always superb and exactly the way I order it. The other drinks are good too, we get the blue raspberry Rockstar energy.
The other dunkin donuts in Jax need to have the ladies that work here come to their store and show them how to make a coffee.The dunkin on Merrill is the only one in Jax that makes a consistently good coffee.

We visited the other day about 530 coming from the car dealer. It was a long day and we were treated at the drive-through window with such a big smile. She made our coffee exactly like we wanted it. The Service was five star. She was such a sweet ladya blonde. I wish I caught her name but she made our whole day. Thank you whoever you are you are so kind thank you for the good service. We enjoyed our pistachio, hot and iced coffee.
