Like many residents of Jacksonville, I have been eagerly anticipating the opening of this location for nearly a year. A few months ago, I reached out to the Corporate office to inquire about the opening date and was informed it would be the week of July 4th. However, it is now August 6th, and upon contacting Corporate again, I was told to "stay tuned to our social channels for grand opening updates" instead of receiving a specific date. Due to this response and the lack of customer service, Dutch Bros will not be receiving my business when they finally decide to open their locations in the Jacksonville market.

If you know you know! Had this in Colorado and it’s awesome probably my favorite coffee. Usually always great service and beverages. Definitely worth going to cant recommend enough. Look at the menus tons of drink combinations.
