I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dutch Bros to purchase a lot of coffee for work, and I must say, the customer service was exceptional! Zemmoia, Madi, and Laura truly went above and beyond to make my experience delightful. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate my requests made all the difference.
While I enjoy all three locations, this one has quickly become my favorite. Thanks to Zemmoia, Madi, and Laura's amazing service, they have gained a loyal customer in me.

I'm here often with my wife and we always have amazing customer service. Sometimes the line is very long and it takes a little while to get through but our drinks are always amazing and I can tell the staff are moving the line as fast at they can, you can only move so fast when making things as they're ordered. We utilize the mobile app and a lot of times they bring our drinks right out even if we're a couple cars behind the window. We love the ease of ordering via app and the points we can accrue for freebies.

I am a daily patron of this Dutch Bros location. I appreciate their large selection of sugar free options and the customer service is always amazing. I'm there daily and everyone recognizes me and my order when I come through and they automatically have my requested ice cup waiting, I don't even have to ask for it anymore. I was a daily patron of a large chain down the road and I haven't been there in over a year since this Dutch Bros opened. The employees that consistently deliver excellent service that I recognize daily are: Lenora, Gisselle, Olivia, Maddie, Mikayla, Rae, and MC. I always receive excellent service from all the employees, but these are the names I've gotten to know. I have a custom order coffee and with other places it's hit or miss on the mix but I have a perfect coffee every time from here. I would give 100 stars if they had the option.

Very helpful and friendly staff, got some great recommendations and varieties of flavors to choose from. I love getting different kinds of hot chocolate when I drive through, and I love their lemonades in the summer!
I like Dutch Bros the girls that work there is nice. My coffee is always Consistentlygood. My only problem is every time I order online My order is never ready. I mean, never I always have to wait an extra three minutes today they had to just keep. They start on your coffee when you get there

All very friendly employees, prices are high & too sweet. Wish they had spritzers (for example like the very burst with sparkling water in dunkin) there very refreshing & not overly sweetened. Great idea & option for those customers that don't drink overly sweetened drinks. I'd love to go back to Dutch broods if these were an option, I'll just keep checking back.
