Madisyn makes my WHOLE day when I see her smiling face in the drive thru. She knows my order by heart (makes my coffee PERFECT every time) and she ALWAYS makes me feel better after seeing her, she has the best customer service as well! ❤️
Lauren, I think the Mgr, was so sweet and gave me a few bonus items! (:Wink:) Most of the people that work in the drive through are so helpful, helping me make decisions based on my likes. I love Dutch Bros and hope they keep up the amazing customer service! America needs more of that!
Employees on 10/5/25 we’re exceptional, they were overwhelmed with walk ups, mobile orders and a packed drive thru and kept a friendly and orderly operation and made our drinks to perfection.
