I'm here often with my wife and we always have amazing customer service. Sometimes the line is very long and it takes a little while to get through but our drinks are always amazing and I can tell the staff are moving the line as fast at they can, you can only move so fast when making things as they're ordered. I am a daily patron of this Dutch Bros location. I appreciate their large selection of sugar free options and the customer service is always amazing. I'm there daily and everyone recognizes me and my order when I come through and they automatically have my requested ice cup waiting, I don't even have to ask for it anymore.
