I have traveled to Jacksonville Florida several times. It is obvious the Operator of this stand is from our home state (Oregon) because the employees are all like home. They are courteous, professional and listen to every detail when I order. I am absolutely impressed from the top leader down to the newest barista. Job well done! I will be back again and again.

I have been to this location a couple times and every time , my drinks were terrible. I ordered ahead on the app today and when I arrived, I waited an additional 25 mins to get my drink. After 20 mins of waiting, I was told my drink was wrong and had to be remade since I ordered an iced drink not hot. It tasted like burnt coffee and milk. This location isnt like any other Dutch Bros I've ever been to and that isn't a compliment. Improvements definitely need to be made.

Let me start by saying Dutch Bros. is awesome and we love it. This Dutch Bros. needs help and does not have the Dutch Bros. vibe or feel. I have talked to multiple people and it never gets fixed. We try to avoid this one and make a point to drive an additional 15 miles to go to the one that IS a Dutch Bros.

The banana split hot chocolate was amazing honestly but the golden eagle it didn’t taste like coffee at all just tasted like straight up milk. I hope this becomes fixed

Today was my seventh time trying Dutch Bros, coffee and the coffee tastes like water and coffee mixed together. Like half a cup of water, half a cup of coffee. I've ordered a vanilla latte. Every time and it progressively is worse, every time I wanted to love this place. But it's just not it for me. The girl who helped me was so sweet too.I really felt bad because I told her hey, I haven't had a good experience.The last few times and she tried to help me
Just had my first Dutch Bros experience, and I'm already hooked! My coworkers have been raving about this place, so I finally decided to check it out. Being a newbie, I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu, but thankfully, Sam totally came through for me. He recommended the Shark Attack Rebel, and let me tell you, it was the perfect pick-me-up to power through my day. The drink was not only delicious but also gave me the energy boost I needed. Thanks, Sam, for the awesome recommendation! Definitely coming back to explore more of the menu.

Okay, so I already left a review referring to this situation a few months back, but I feel like talking about it again in more detail. So I went to this Dutch Bros a while back and there was this guy who gave me my drink with a straw. I said thank you and that I do need a straw for my drink. He asked if I’m sure and I said yes. My drink had a sippy-cup lid so I would not need a straw to drink from it. His energy toward me was very weird, he told me that I’m the type of person who “doesn’t read the instructions when I build legos.” I guess he was trying to poke fun at me in a way and it came off weirdly. I reiterated that I would simply just not like a straw and left. I’ve had many people in my life who have tried to make me feel stupid for very simple things. He was one of them. I’m not sure why he was acting like this and I don’t know what his intention was, but it was not a good experience.

Was in town and decided to come here for coffee since we do not have a Dutch bros where I live. My drink was done perfectly and customer service was excellent. Tara did a great job making me feel welcome and she was so sweet🫶. I will definitely come again

I am such an indecisive person and the gentleman at the window Sam did an amazing job assisting with navigating the menu. Thanks to him I chose a Caramelizer freeze…. Which actually ended up perfect because it didn’t get really, really cold till late in the evening so it was a perfect pick me up for the day ahead. Will be back soon. I hope Sam or someone else is there next time to help me choose another drink off the menu.
