Very friendly place. Food was hot, great portion size and was freshly fried. I got dry lemon pepper wings and it had just the right amount of seasoning! Atmosphere was a little dated but I would definitely go again! Served quickly so for a quick meal is ideal!Kid-friendliness: Nothing inappropriate that I saw.Parking: Plenty of parking. Look for Wing Palace sign at the end.

Walking in I wasn't sure if it was Wing Palace or Duval Wings as both signs are outside. The writing on the menu was so tiny hanging from the ceiling ,but they do have a menu on the counter that you can look at while ordering. There are plenty of seats in the seating area. The decor is a mix of advertisements, and Valentine's Day decorations( it's a day away from July). After ordering my food, the same lady who took my order also started cooking. In which I don't have a problem with. BUT the lady did NOT wash/sanitize her hands nor use gloves to prepare food after handling cash. She did use tongs to sort the chicken, though. She also was on her cell phone the entire time holding a loud conversation. The food was cooked to order and ready in a decent amount of time. I ordered the 6pc wing combo, which came with fries, roll, your choice of sauce and a drink. The chicken had a good amount of sauce, but the fries were a bit overcooked and dark brown. Also the ice in the drink melted about the time I got home (which was 5mins away) and the drink was hot. But the wings were pretty good! Will I be back?? Umm.... No, thanks!

Been here before. Use to be great. Ordered 10pc combo, spicy garlic. I'm the only customer, how are my wings done in 3 minutes. I get them the are black on the bone and look old and definitely redropped. Did not eat them, spending $16 the fries shouldn't be the best thing on the plate.
