Authentic Philly cheesesteak with tons of options, crispy fries with sea salt
No seating inside but 4 outdoor picnic tables.
Not in my regular area but will definitely make the extra drive when in the mood?

This place has great cheese steaks. We just moved to Jacksonville, and I am glad we tried this place in the first few weeks. We'll be back for sure!

Cheesesteak was fantastic. Bread was soft, but held up perfectly with the steak, cheese, and onions. Sandwich was packed full, no skimping on the meat.

Easily the best cheesesteak I've had in Jacksonville. Will be back sooner than later.

I’m so glad I decided to go here for lunch. I’ve been living in Jacksonville seven years now hands-down the best Philly cheesesteak I have had in Jacksonville. I don’t have any pictures because the sandwich was so good. I ate it before I got back to the job. to the owners good job????????????and the sandwich was packed with meat OMG what a delicious sandwich?

I used to love coming here for cheesesteaks, but after what I saw today, I won’t be back. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed the worker using a bucket sitting on the floor to load fries, and water from the bottom dripped into the onions that were cooking. That’s just not okay. Cleanliness matters, and this made me lose trust in the place."

The food was good and my boyfriend really liked the vegan option. However I wouldn't give them 5 stars because the counter area is really trashy looking and they are ridiculously overpriced. We ordered 2 subs, 1 order of fries and 1 drink the total was over $40!

I worked here for a month and they did not pay me my tips or to mention they were paying me 11hr working me from open to close every day and treating me like I didn’t know anything the whole time anytime there was a mess up Chris and Jen automatically blamed it on me, Chris was a super hot headed boss that would make the wrong sandwich and then say it was my fault even thou literally every thing else was my job Cleaning ,cooking fry’s, cutting onions, taking orders, taking phone calls taking Uber and door dash orders, bagging orders and any and all miscellaneous stuff, all Chris and Jen do is cook sandwiches.They also work their kids all day They have 4 little boys and the oldest is like 13 so the rest are younger.
Also if you’re VEGAN and eating there you’re NOT VEGAN anymore!
During my time there when it was to busy they would cook chicken on the vegan stove because vegan meat and chicken take longer to cook than the beef and every time I witnessed that they don’t clean it until the end of the day.They also have no rules when it comes to cross contamination because they don’t switch gloves often enough not to mention they’re comfortable touching the trash can and then your food.

I am 66 years old and was born and raised in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia. I have had countless numbers of cheesesteaks over the years and have to say that the cheesesteak that I had from Eddi and Sons was one of the best that I’ve ever had. I’m down in Jacksonville on vacation and Eddi’s was recommended to me, so I thought I would try it. I was not disappointed.

This used to be my go to cheesesteak place but the service has gotten increasingly bad over time. I understand with the economy prices increase but you can't raise prices and decrease portion sizes. The last 2 times I have ordered the cheesesteaks they have been made wrong which wasn't discovered until I got home which is 20 miles away. I left a voicemail about the error but never heard back so it can be made right. $40 is too much to spend for 2 cheesesteaks and fries for it not to be right. Never again.

I hate giving a bad review but came in for a Togo order and after placing my order the tip screen came up. I have no issue tipping at a sit down restaurant or someplace that isn't grab and go. I'm told to make a selection. I Try to go in and hit 0 for the tip% and the cashier quickly clicks out and says wrong option. Not wanting to cause an issue as I'm getting a sandwich for someone else as well I begrudgingly hit 10%. Cashier looks at pos and scoffs like I should of given her more for taking an order.

I love their food and the last cashier hit 0 tip last time without even asking me. I doubt I'll be back after this.
