Einstein Bros. Bagels

Couldn’t even get a simple order right being the 2nd person in the door. I asked for cream cheese on the side… didn’t happen. Mocha coffee was just milk and some syrups poured in a cup. No whip cream or chocolate sauce like it says on the menu.

Woman in black shirt (manager?) was just giving crappy attitude to all the employees. The two young ladies running the register were pleasant though.

And it’s a pain in the butt to find parking..

Delicious, accommodating, big space, loads of room! Thanks to the busy, busy staff for taking time for me.

Wheelchair accessibility: One entrance, small ramp, convenient patio for outdoor dining. Loads of room for my walker. Large spaces!

My favorite place for begals. They have a lot of options. But I'm stuck on the onion one.

Parking: Parking is somewhat a pain. It's always full. But worth the walk to get to this place

I have been ordering from you guys faithfully for the past couple years and today I received my food very cold like I’m sure this food been sitting there since yesterday especially my eggs. Also my Carmel drink was also very cold. I’m very disappointed plus I’m pregnant and this is the only thing I wanted to eat since I open my eyes. Best Believe I would never be back again and I’m sure you can see my name on DoorDash and you can see how many time I order from you guys and also in person

sometimes they need more help up front but the bagels are good and the spreads. The staff is friendly no matter how busy they are
