Ordered a lox bagel with no tomato, no red onion, and light cream cheese with capers. Got a bagel with everything on it and NO capers. Red onion, tomato, everything I asked not to be on it was on it. The woman at the front register had an unprofessional attitude and didn’t know what she was doing. She had to get a manger twice for my order and it didn’t even come out right. I’m not paying 10$ for this. I decided to splurge and get a lunch because I didn’t have time in between work and class and I just wasted my money. And I waited a solid 20 minutes for my order.

I am a transplant from New Jersey and my daughter works at a bagel place on main Street for many many years the guy comes in at 2:30 in the morning to start making the bagels and they just taste different they're much crunchier on the outside and the inside is light and fluffy I don't know why you can't find a good big layer this one wasn't bad better than most maybe it's the water maybe it's the atmosphere but I still haven't found one here it's just like home but everybody keep on trying

The cashier Andrew was soooo rude. He asked what bagel I wanted and I asked him what bagels they offered because it was my first time there. He then proceded to rudely say “they are in front of you”. The answer was not what threw me off it was his attitude towards me and the way he was looking at me. Next time I see that he is the one at the register I’ll order form qdoba instead .

should be open on weekends. Dining services at UNF suck. all the good places are closed on weekends. Ozzie’s is mediocre at best and the Cafe has the same food every lunch. Chic fil a closes at 8pm.

The food is amazing, and is the go-to place for breakfast/lunch on campus at UNF. The food isn’t all that expensive, which works well with the student meal plans. The lines can be a bit long, but if you go in the afternoon, it isn’t too bad. Kate is an awesome manager.
