I got the mofongo with roasted pork for $16 and it was a lot of food and tasted delicious. Their horchata and chicken empanadas are also great. I'll be going here often from now on.
This restaraunt is an absolute gem. Slightly hidden away it offers a nice family owned like experience and everyone is very helpful and willing to explain what you're getting food wise. Now on to food, summarized into one word: exemplary. I always look forward to the pork and the yellow rice in particular, and the occasional tamal. I always leave with a full stomach and a smile.
Had a craving for tostones and stumbled upon this gem! We ordered the Mofongo con pollo, tostones, arroz, frijoles negros, and pizza empanadas for the kids. Everything was fantastic and in good portions. We’re looking forward to coming back!
