Luis was gracious enough to step in when our neighborhood’s scheduled food truck cancelled last minute and boy are we glad he did. The Peruvian Food Truck is spectacular. We were 1st timers and unsure what to order. Luis is so friendly and took time to explain a few dishes. We tried the Seco de Carne (beef, rice & beans), Papa a la Huancaina (potatoes w/sauce), Tallarin Saltado (steak stir fry) and an Empanada (beef pie) and all were quite flavorful.
