The owner, Ricardo was a very talented man who worked very hard, and was very kind. He and his family make awesome cabeza quesadillas. The meats he used were amazing and I love his lamb soup. He recently passed away on June 15th, 2023, and I am praying for his family that also work very hard. This taco truck was the best first experience to food trucks for me.Vegetarian options: They can make a quesadilla for you with sautéed veggies. They are also pescatarian friendly.

Got my order wrong asked for chicken tacos and was given steak didn’t like it dry and flavorless. The burrito had a sliver of pork inside the rest was lettuce onions cilantro beans. No crema, no chips and salsa. Sopa taste like water. Not the best food truck
