I have dined in three times. Twice, was okay. They dont speak english but im fluent in spanish from upbringing. The menudo was horrendous and had to be sent back, they didnt wash the stomach. I still held them in high regards until I called to order a takeout order and got hung up on, not once, but twice. Mid conversation. Unprofessional. They serve their friends and thats about it.

The establishment is very clean and set up nicely. The waitress was prompt with the menu and my drink order. When she returned, I was given some fresh salsa and chips. I ordered my lunch, and in no time, it was setting I front of me nice and hot. There was a nice amount of good and flavorful food on my plate. I ordered two types of Chimichangas one beef and one chicken. Both were very good, but I know next time I'm going for the chicken, it seems to have more flavor to me. The rice and beans were also good. The music was a little loud for my liking, but all in all, everything was great

The only thing that doesn't seem to me is that the music is a little loud, although I don't dislike it, it would be better for the rest of the customers if they lowered the volume of the stereo a little.

Real Mexican food. Very very fresh. Great service. I had the Menudo which was fresh and delicious. The carnitas tacos were stuffed with so much meat! Definitely will be back when I’m in the area.

Ate here 4 hours ago and I’ve been feeling nauseous since. Ordered 3 tacos, one asada, one chicken and one carnitas. I only ate the chicken and asada because the smell of the carnitas was repulsive to me. Meat was way overdone, very tough. As another reviewer mentioned, the asada was chopped into big chunks from some cheap cut of meat. And you have to drown it in salsa for it to be edible. This is not what a good taco tastes like.

WOW! What a great little spot! Carnitas on corn tortillas amazing! Atmosphere customer service everything five stars highly recommend it if in the area! Will be a regular spot on future trips to Jacksonville!
