Ordered a $4 chicken taco and ended up paying $16 for 1 taco with 2 roaches in it ? I now need therapy for my sleepless nights due to the night terrors I have from biting down on crunchy roaches.

Man listen $4 a taco is crazy. Then it comes with no toppings, no pico de gallo, no limes, no onion. The canned coke are $2.50 a piece so on 4 tacos I spent $16. CRAZY! They were mediocre. Eating tacos is something I enjoyed a while ago but these taco prices make it hard to even swallow. Anyways the atmosphere was dead, the service was whatever, she was on her phone while i was ordering. I got the tacos. If you're wondering why the location has no life wonder no longer. To top it off she has a menu with very little pricing information just item options. A complete rip off. Smh

I have been to this food truck on a couple occasions and was always great. Today was the complete opposite. First thing, I ordered elotes and I got corn in a cup with mayo and mozzarella cheese. No tajin, and when I asked for it I was handed a bottle that looked 10 years old with old dark tajin. Then I opened my nachos and they are literally 75% old wilted lettuce. I am so disappointed.

Overcharged me smh. $50 for 5 tacos and a piece of flan and an esquite . Outrageous af don’t know how they get away with this or even have any business the first time I was overcharged I let it go because of the language barrier but decided to give them another try since they’re so close to me and the tacos taste pretty decent but not again, even all the reviews are about being overcharged so just be cautious when you go you’re going to be paying double the price. Will report to BBB.

I ordered two chorizo tacos and two asada tacos and an order of elote. They charged $27. I didn't complain, just paid it. The elote was cold. Then I received four tacos with chorizo and asada mixed together. When I said the order was incorrect, they attempted to scrape the meat out, separate it, then re-serve it in two tacos each! At that point, I asked for refund.

Just went there and ordered 6 tacos and a side of esqitues and was charged 48 dollars I am fluent in Spanish and walked back up and asked why it was so much and she blamed it on her machine and acted stupid she then handed me 5 dollars back and I pleaded for the rest and she handed me two more. The esquites was 8 dollars and the tacos are supposed to be 4 each. The food was horrible do not go to this truck.

I saw a popular local foodie try them and it looked pretty good. This was my first time visiting here and this will be my last ?.The service was superb they were really nice.It’s food where they lack! The birria tacos ? was not what I was expecting they are cooked with corn tortillas and not as crispy as I would have liked. The meat was slightly tough.The steak burrito was more rice than anything and lacking major flavor.Our bill total was $58 not worth it.***update just looked at card statement and saw the charged me $64!!! No way I’m ever going here ***

We asked for an al pastor burrito and a birria quesadilla. The burrito was bland and not a trace of "Al pastor" flavor, it was just a burrito with meat and lacking flavor. The birria quesadilla did not have birria which I assume they forgot, a mistake can happen to anyone but the lack of quality with the food is unforgivable. We went late at night and got also chewy and old chips you could not even eat. I would have preferred them telling me they ran out instead of serving something so bad quality. This is a shame, especially with so many taco places, the first and last time for this place maybe in the future if they improve their food I might try again.
Small Business Spotlight Yesterday while out and about I spotted El Trompo Loco on Atlantic Blvd and I just had to stop!!They have been on my list of Food Trucks to check out for months, so why not grab dinner on Taco Thursday Mike & Maria already knew my face and my love for good food and more importantly, Good People! I got to see the Magic Happening with my Order of Birria Tacos with the birria consomé which very balanced with flavor and the shredded beef was tender and delicious as well.Don't forget to check out the Trompo inside the Truck where the El Pastor is Cooked to Perfection....That will be another video soon If you have been looking for Birria Tacos made from scratch, then you have got to check out this food truck located near Regency Square Mall. I was excited to try this place. The lady taking the order was pleasant. We placed our order and decided to wait by the tables in front. I noticed a few bugs crawling under the table cover, I assumed they were probably flies since it was an outdoor food truck, but after taking a closer look my fiancé and I realized they were baby cockroaches. That should’ve been our sign to run, but after some thought we decided since we already placed our order we would give it a shot. We didn’t wait very long for our food to be ready, but when he came up to pay, the lady handed over the bag of food and he saw a dead cockroach on the plastic bag. Before he could hand over his card, he showed the lady the bag and said “No, thank you”. We realize it’s an outdoor kitchen but cleanliness and pest control should be number one priority especially in an outdoor space exposed to the elements. Hope they can get their space cleaned up, but we won’t be returning. I don’t typically post reviews but I was inclined to inform others hoping they won’t get sick.

I went to get birria tacos and a drink and stood there for 25mins and only got my drink never got my food and had the nerve to ask me what I was waiting on after she took my order that was so unprofessional and that drink was watery I put it in the trash can made me pay $6 for a watery drink and didn’t even take my order for my food ??♀️?? first impression is everything and didn’t even apologize
