Great fine dining with true atmosphere. It would be nice if people dressed better for such a restaurant but what can you do? The menu and portions were generous and the service was terrific. The only constructive criticism I would offer is to improve the quality of the fried mozzarella

Nice ambiance and vibe. Very much like a NY restaurant. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to get served. My wife did not like her eggplant parm which was chopped up in a small dish. Not layered the way most people like it. My shrimp dish with pasta was tatsy but the shrimp were overcooked. At the least that should have given us a free appetizer while we waited over an hour for the food. We almost left the place before getting the food. We may give it a second chance but very much disappointed this visit. we won't rush back.

We first ate at Enza's toward the end of the COVID pandemic, having come up from Gainesville with friends for an event, and the food was just spectacular. Fried calamari is a benchmark dish for me; as it goes, so goes my meal, generally speaking. The calamari was crispy, but tender! And, predictably, the rest of the meal was equally good. A year later, we returned alone and the meal was as good as our first experience. We even loved the piano player! Unfortunately, we're unable to make the drive these days, but if we could, Enza's would be at the top of our list of things to do. And if we lived in Jacksonville, we'd be there twice a week! Highly recommended!

It was our first time coming. We enjoyed the food, the garlic bread and soup were our favorites. The meatballs seemed more like a sausage texture but overall good.
Soft drinks are not listed $7.50 a piece. We ended paying around $70 for two with tip. On the higher end, but again overall was good

The short rib ravioli special was fabulous and the regular baked ravioli was also great. Of course starting off with homemade garlic bread it's always a requirement.

Great atmosphere. Cozy. Wonderful piano player. Food is garbage. Marinara tastes like ketchup… SO SWEET. Meatballs are spongy and very little flavor. Minestrone soup was good. My husband got the pasta fagiolo and it literally had broccoli and carrots in it. The vodka sauce was decent but the chicken texture is too compressed - doesn’t have a chicken texture at all. Everyone said how good this place is- it’s rubbish. If you’re from the north you will hate it.
** I actually mentioned SEVERAL times to our server that I was displeased with the soup. I was reassured that the only difference between the minestrone and the fagiolio was the type of beans. Was told the chicken dish I ordered would be breaded. It came out not breaded. I asked why it wasn’t breaded and was told that that dish doesn’t come breaded and she misspoke.
Sorry that you are unable to accept feedback on where you may be lacking in some areas.
I will indeed keep searching for Italian food that doesn’t taste like an Irish person made it.
Charming atmosphere though!

The spaghetti carbonara is off the chain. The atmosphere with the piano, the lighting the family pictures. It’s amazing.

Service is not great. Food not the same. I ate here a years and half ago it was great. Today it was very subpar. I brought a visitor with me. The piano is great. We were seated early but no greeting until 20 to 30 minutes. No bread but we got water. Got our food 1 hours later. I wonder if the management changed.

It was difficult to find an Italian place to cater earlier than the restaurant opened. I called Enza’s and it was no issue for the timing or delivery. Enza and her team did not disappoint- Great communication, on time, and amazing food! She met the needs of Mayo Clinic with an early delivery to feed our Department of Anesthesiology approximately 150 people. Food arrived on time, hot and ready to eat. Thank you Enza and team!
