We had an awesome first experience here! I’ve heard rave reviews I just never pulled the trigger. We went for our first wedding anniversary and the food and service was spectacular. They even served us ginger ale in champagne flutes with cannolis to celebrate. Definitely will be back.

I got a grouper dish at Market price and my husband got his tried and true chicken paremesesn. As always, it was delicious. I've been coming here for a long, long time with family. This is a really special place and we've always been treated kindly here. The musician Brian who plays piano has a wonderful voice and we go when he's playing as often as we can.Parking: On a busy night it can be hard to park close but once the other businesses in the plaza close it becomes much easier to be sure you'll have a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheel chair accessible.

Pasta type was wrong. It should have been a fettuccine noodles. The menu said "served with pasta. As far as the Marsala sauce it tasted like an Asian sauce with zero mushrooms.Don't go far from the Spaghetti and

Enza had given us the best food experience we’ve had in Florida! We all had different plates & each individual dish was unbelievably flavourful & unique. Enza runs a “tight ship” & you can see that each staff member believes in her quality of service & excellence to the customer. We’re from away & searched Enzo’s out, we were not disappointed one iota. We will travel here another time just to experience this beautiful Italian experience again! Well done! See you again!

Excellent restaurant! The food is delicious and the specials are amazing. They have an excellent staff that takes really good care of you when you're dining. The Piano player is very good and a nice touch addition to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. If you're lucky like us, perhaps Enza herself will come to your table and visit for a few minutes.

They obviously have issues with the amount of people they allow reservations for. The staff was overwhelmed. One party in the main room was so large that people that came when we did took forever to get their food.

I do not write many reviews because what I may like or dislike is most likely not indicative of another person’s tastes. I encourage each and every person to try Enza’s for themselves and make their own determinations. With that said, my wife and dined at Enza’s last week and we both walked away impressed, we are from Orlando, so we probably will not be back to Enza’s until we next visit Jacksonville, but that is the only reason that we will not be back sooner, not because the restaurant did anything wrong. We got to Enza’s a little too early for our reservation and as such we had a glass of wine at the bar while we waited for a more appropriate time to ask to be seated (again that is an us issue, not an Enza’s issue). We had a glass of house Chianti and it was good, absolutely no complaints, plus it was nice to have some live music while we waited. At a more appropriate time, my wife and I approached the host/hostess stand and after asking our name, seated us immediately. Our server Candice (my apologies if I misspelled it) introduced herself and gave us time to review the menu, she was perfectly fine and did her job well, no complaints.I had a Ceasar Salad and Chicken Parmesan and my wife had a House Salad and Meatballs/Sausage and Peppers Platter, we both enjoyed our meals, everything was good. If I were to be a bit nitpicky, the Caesar Salad was not my most favorite mainly due to the dressing being a little thinner than I like and the croutons seemed like they were store/supplier bought vs. homemade, but again, that is a me issue and not an Enza’s issue, you the reader may like the salad, you should try it.My favorite Caesar Salad comes from our favorite Italian Restaurant in Orlando, Fresco Cucina Italiana and generally most folks think it is the best Casesar Salad around, so I am a little biased. At the end of the day the food was really good, I really enjoyed my Chicken Parmesan, my wife liked her food and we went back to our hotel happy, truly no complaints.

I took my twins here for what I hoped to be a special 35th birthday celebration. We were put in a small booth in back with no elbow room. Server was obviously new and quite distracted by the table behind us. Bread was burnt, wrong salads where brought out, chicken was chewy in my one sons dish and the Lobster ravioli was a childs portion. Due to lack of elbow room my son accidentally spilled his wine on his pregnant wife, no towel offered. Four people over $300. Called to speak with Enza and she was rude and dismissive in every way! She basically called me a liar, said I was the only person who ever had a problem, said she had to gather evidence and get back to me, never called back. Shame on her, she made a bad experience way worse. Never going here again and will be spreading the word on all of my foodie pages. Don't waste your time or money.

Ambiance was good and the piano player was great. Both entrees were pretty bland but my husband said his grouper was cooked perfect but the overall dish wasn't very flavorful. Tiramisu was quite wet/soggy and had chocolate sauce drizzle instead of cocoa powder. The lemoncillo marscapone cake was delicious though. It certainly wasn't a bad meal but nothing to really be excited about.

Love the food and ambiance of the restaurant. Service is typically very good but our server was a little slow this visit. I think they were very busy and we were not in a hurry so we were put on the back burner. IT did not take away from the overall experience.
