I spent 54.24 on food just to cold when I got home I live 2 minutes from the place the burgers were warm and the fries were cold my pregnant wife really wanted try it but we were very disappointed

The name and atmosphere alone communicates 'annoying millenial.'
Staff was friendly but order was somewhat confused.
Sister asked if her meal came with a drink; server said yes, didn't ask what drink she wanted, and wasn't brought one. Mom had some kind of spicy chili flakes on her 'build a burger' that wasn't requested. Grandfather complained mushroom Swiss didn't taste right. My single order of cheese fries was brought as part of someone else's meal.
Seating/maneuvering inside is cramped. No idea how customers or staff are supposed to get around when place is busy. Even getting to the screens to order can have you shimmying around people.
You can't refill your own drinks since dispenser is facing staff and have to ask for refills. They offer to get them for you when they check up on you but it's still a little annoying. Straws, cup lids, utensils are all near the front, requiring you to get up again if you realize you need any basic utensils to eat what you ordered or if you didn't grab a lid while you were at the front.
Overall still felt like we just went on a bad day, I feel like order issues isn't standard and we just had a hiccup when we went. I didn't order one of their burgers so I can't properly comment on their main offerings. My cheese fries were okay.

Burger, decent. Why not 4-5 stars? No sides. Baconator is across the street. Cheaper. Crazy. 5 guys sucks. They give you frys. So people go. You make us wait 30 mins. No frys? I'm still hungry. I almost ordered food while I was waiting.

The burgers and fries are delicious! The onion rings are the size of a donut! Only thing I didn't like is they do not have a big menu posted at the ordering conter, and the self ordering screens were clunky and would not take my payment.

Such unique and delicious burgers! There are so many options, includinf chicken and vegetarian burgers. My favorite is the Epikurean Burger.
Ommmmgggg the Epikurean Burger is my favorite. This place has ruined eating burgers elsewhere. There’s no place like Epic Burger for the taste 👅

Ordered to go for the first time tonight. Got a regular burger and it wasn't the worst or best but what was extremely disappointing were the onion rings. Burnt and practically just breading and grease with tiny shriveled onions inside. Truly just garbage and considering they are nearly $6 alone I won't be back.
