Overall, it was ok. I probably wouldn’t go again, but I’m happy to have tried it.For two adults, one teen, and one kid meal (2 adult burgers, 2 kid burgers with over 12y.o. charge , 3 fries, 1 onion ring, 4 drinks), the total was $70. Burgers, fries, and drinks are all separate charges and add up quickly. The food was ok, but not worth the price tag in my opinion.My onion rings weren’t cooked all the way and were doughy on the inside. The fountain soda was flat. A couple of our things came out wrong or missing. The burger was pretty good though!Heads up also: the seating is very crowded together. They definitely are doing the best they can with the small space, but worth noting for people with sensory issues.

Ordered online, which told me to pick up at 5:49pm. I walked in at 5:49pm. Young man told me it would be another 20 mins. 30 minutes later I received my order. Got home and one of the 4 burgers was missing. Had to drive back, wait another 10 mins for missing item.Super irritating. Hoping to talk to a manager.

Waited almost an hour for onion rings. Our entire party had already finished their burgers and other sides before the onion rings even made it into the fryer. We were repeatedly lied to about the status of the onion rings- initially being told that they’d “be right out” when the burgers were delivered to the table, then being told that they “just dropped” into the fryer when we were 2/3 of the way done with our burgers, then being told that they “just came out” when we had finished our burgers, then being told that “they just dropped” AGAIN after waiting an additional 5-10 minutes. Employees acted like this was acceptable and showed no empathy for how frustrating this was. Terrible customer service, which is a shame because the food is actually pretty good.

Ordered today for the 1st time and it's my favorite place now for onion rings! They're THE best I've ever eaten - and I've eaten lots. And they even make malts and milkshakes that are REAL! Like with real ice cream rather than that fake stuff.This restaurant has totally yummy food!
