Service was great. Came for the Rooftop View, really enjoyed. Drinks were heavy handed :) Trio of Dips were all a bit too salty for my taste, but the Guacamole was the best of the 3.

Went to Estrella Cocina on Friday night for drinks with friends, ordered 2 Flor de Cielo each $13, a Caprinha for $12 and an orange blossom beer for $8. After leaving a tip should have been $50 out the door, today checked our bank and the transaction that cleared was $105.82. Livid to say the least. We will be disputing this with our bank asap. Check your statements if you go there!!! Estrella Cocina how you would like to handle this?

More or less like a rooftop restaurant. Food is pretty good. Got the trio dipper and tacos. If you’re hungry, get the quesadilla or burrito. You only received two tacos. Nothing else with it. the people I went with got the quesadilla and burrito and couldn’t finish it. The portion sizes were big.

The food was either amazing or blah. The tables were so small we had to eat in rotation. They are a fresh to the table restaurant. We ordered a Cesar salad for two it came out last?♀️ all it was, was whole leaves of romaine lettus laid in a bowl with cheese and tortilla chips sprinkled on top. There were no tongs or ways to get the out onto your plate. I asked the waitress how where we suppose to eat it, she was new and had no clue. So I took my fork and knife and started cutting it up it was the end of our meal, and I was like, "Forget it, this is too much work for me."When I made the reservation I said it was for my husband 50th birthday I was expecting a seat with a view or at least an experience but the hostess quickly wiped down the tiny table next to her station and sat us there. I definitely felt like this place was for the young beautiful people.Drinks were yummy. My husband's meal was tasty. They were out of the first two things I wanted, so I settled for cheese tamales I would not recommend.This seems to be a place good for drinks and apps if you are young and beautiful. That is it.Vegetarian options: My vegetarian options was bland.

Upon arrival, the hostess took a minute to acknowledge us. Once she did, we were asked to wait by the bar to be seated...kinda strange because the room was pretty much empty, but whatever we made a commitment to dine here. So we're seated and our person was Amy H. Loved her. She knew when to come over. She made sure to ask us if we wanted another drink before HH ended. She allowed us to dine and discuss w/o interruption. She allowed us to split our tab. Amy H. was a dream to have as our guide for the evening and I would ask for her by name next time as well. The food was amazing. Cocktails were perfection! The portions are filling and the vibe is giving "I will be back again."Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator access.

I can’t even rate the food because they wouldn’t let us order 2 hrs prior to closing!! If I could give them a negative zero I would!! But as we walked in the cooks and host were mad because people we were walking in and stating “oh hell nahh!!” Very loudly!! How very RUDE mind you the manager was standing RIGHT THERE!!! Honestly the worst place I’ve ever been the only person that had some sense was the bartender!! Who ever owns these please needs to replace every single employee JUST SAD!!! Btw Host was drinking while CLOCKED IN!!!
We had a hard time initially. We got sat immediately but then didn’t see anyone for a while. Our server AMBER was incredible and made up for it in personality. We were all standing up to walk out and amber bantered and kept us here. We love her. Go amber.

Atmosphere is amazing and the food is slightly better than average, slightly.The host was incredibly rude and had such a bad attitude towards our party. We walked in and made eye contact with him. He literally looked us up and down, rolled his eyes, and walked away. We stood in disbelief and after a few moments assumed it meant to seat ourselves. As we start walking towards open tables on the dining room floor the host rushes back and tells us only “no” while making us stand in the center of the restaurant. He then proceeds to sit two other couples that walked in after us. The host returns after seating them and with so much attitude walks us to a larger table on the floor. Took forever to get service and there was hardly anyone there.We genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere and the food but the service was horrible. We won’t be going back. Honestly, you’re better off just going to an actual Mexican restaurant.

Visited this place as part of a tour and was blown away by the sunset over the river, with the iconic bridge providing a stunning backdrop. I just wish we got to be with our group on that side, but we did get to stand over there and get pictures. The craftsmanship of their cocktails was on point. This isn't your average bar that overcharges for ice and a premix; they put in the work with multiple ingredients and even a spicy salt rim that elevated the experience to a whole new level. I will be back for sure.
