Famous Amos was a great spot to get some quick food to eat and go. Ashley Rose was our server, she truly HIT DIFFERENT. She was kind, sweet, important, beautiful eyes and generous. She deserves ALL the love she gave to others. Keep going, you’re on the right track. Oh, and please, just season the chicken. Thanks! ?

I am sad all of the FA have closed down close to my home. I was picked up at JaxPort-coming home from a cruise. We saw the Famous Amos sign and we pulled in for breakfast. I will pith them on my regular rotation of places to dine. The country fried steak was delicious and huge!

What made this place great was Ashley. There were other waitresses condemning her efforts to "her" table. Maybe if they tended to their own tables, they would have had happy customers and not mugs with lipstick on it .Ashley is wonderful. She was attentive, intuitive, informative and delightful. One of there other ladies brought our food out and was exasperated that she had just served us the wrong plate. She said "I don't know what you ordered, I am just bringing it out". If it weren't for Ashley stepping right in with attentive customers service skills and her smile, this review would be 1 star.

Did not get a chance to eat. Waited over 30 min for food. After 40 minutes decided to leave. What I had was the water, which was oddly disgusting and Pepsi which did not taste like Pepsi. I cannot speak on the food.

We arrived and .any tables had not been cleared. Drink orders were taken and filled, did not have anyone take an order for 10 more minutes. They were not that busy when we got there. Once we ordered it was about 35 minutes before we got our food. Food was OK but not worth the asking price. We realize the cost of everything has risen, but all the more reason to good service. Will not be going back anytime soon. Also, the door to the men's bathroom could not be closed misaligned .

Server was nice enough. Waited 50 minutes for lukewarm food (no, it was not busy). Extremely disappointed, would not recommend to a friend, would recommend to someone I don’t like.

Got to Famous Amos @12:50.Got our drinks quick. Took a little time to get our order taken. After our order was taken we had sat and waited for an hour. No refill on our drink until I said something to the guy. Then the waitress finally refill our drinks well 2 of them and said she didn't put our ticket in. Mind you we had already been waiting an hour for our food. When she told me she just put it in that would have been another 20 minutes to get our food. We got up and walked out.I do not recommend this place unless you want to wait for hours to get your food.
