Excellent service but the food was ok if could have been better.

Me and my dad got a burger combo, the meat wasn’t real meat it had to be processed, it tasted rubbery and very slimy. The bun was very hard, the ketchup tasted sour, onion rings were horrible same with the fries. The ladies working there that server us the food was sweet and even offered a replacement for one of the burgers that the inside of the meet was green ish white. Not coming there again.

I'm a customer that comes in quite frequently with a friend and has lunch at least once or twice a month and I've noticed that there is a female that is always there and she's always quick on her feet to help me I was always assuming that she was a manager this last weekend when I was there which was Saturday I asked for a manager there was a problem with one of my sandwiches my friend had a problem with her sandwich and so the girl approached the table with glasses and I asked for the manager she said she was the manager me being the person that I am did not argue the matter but I knew better than that because I've been coming there for so long so in the process of me trying to fix what was wrong she started getting a little mouthy and so I asked for the other manager when the other manners are approached the table she started getting mouthy to her as well very disrespectful unprofessional and totally unacceptable in my opinion I would appreciate it very much if in the near future there would only be one manager on shift and I'm quite pleased with the manager that's always held me in the in the past

This one girl with reddish hair took my order and she was the rudest person I’ve ever met , she kept interrupting me she threw my cup at me and she made my food wrong and when I brought it back to the counter to tell her she snatched it from my hand and was saying I was un grateful and I heard someone say her name I think it was Wilson or something like that but I do not appreciate the disrespect

Fresh and hot food. Drive thru gets busy but is worth the wait.

This morning i Spent 29 dollars on one egg& cheese pita. One sausage egg cheese pita and onion rings. No combo. Onion rings were soggy as heck with grease. Used to go here with my pops when I was a kid growing up in sweetwater. This place ain’t what it used to be for sure. I will never be going back for the rest of my life and my children’s .

I've been eating here as long as I've lived here but today I'm very disappointed. I got the normally awesome steak in a sack and fries. When I got home I had to throw the fries in the toaster oven because they were half cooked. That would have been ok but my sandwich tasted like nothing but black pepper. I tried to eat it but I couldn't, it was too overpowering. I took it back and the always sweet girls who are the main asset here, were more than happy to remake it after I of course stressed the pepper issue and asked for no pepper st all. When I got home it was no different. I dont think it was the employees fault. Its like the meat was pre seasoned. It was totslly inedible. So my $14 got me a glass of tea and I don't know when I'll go back, if ever.

I've been going here for years and finally got to take my son. We had the giant hamburger meal, best burger he said he's had. Even with increased prices, it was still a bargin for the both of us.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the food. The price have raised but portions decreased? Waited over 20 minutes for fresh fries that were undercooked? To play with peoples money and food is beyond me. This is an absolute waste of money!!! Better of going to McDonalds.
