So my wife and I go here for lunch dates often but not anymore. Had to ask twice for our rice that came with our meal. Than no complementary roll that we usually get. Waiter was more worried about a party of girls. 3/3/2024. Service was bad.

The food here is AMAZING I am a regular customer at this point. Me and my wife always come in and the waitresses are very nice always smiling, however the owners of the store are rude and rude to their employees. The way they talk to their employees is absolutely uncalled for. Me and my wife were eating sushi one Sunday morning after church and one of the owners yelled at one of the employees for laughing and enjoying their job. It's sad that you can tell the work environment is no longer enjoyable for the employees

This place has my FAVORITE Thai tea boba!! It's so good I would get it every day if I could, but I definitely try to get it any time in in the area!! I've also had their lunch chicken hibachi special that definitely hits the spot! 10/10!!

Another mediocre sushi joint in Jax. The only thing good here is the miso soup. The sashimi was warm and not good. Sashimi is supposed to be cold and firm. The rolls with raw fish were hot and slimy. Raw fish is supposed to be cold or else it loses its texture! Their eel sauce was WAY too sweet, whoever made it put too much sugar in it. Service lacked, took forever to get our food, and we had items missing. Paid almost 80 bucks for low tier food. Venture away from Jax if you want good sushi.

This review is for ramen. The tonkatu broth was good. The chicken was terrible, overcooked, flavorless. Next time I'm going To sub chicken katsu. It said it had corn but there wasn't a kernel to be found. I'm willing to try again because they cooked the broth well. I just need a better tasting protein.

We dined at this restaurant 2 times. The rolls here are very tasty, thanks to the chef, I recommend the restaurant, excellent service, delicious beer. One minus is that the rolls are huge and difficult to eat. Please size down for convenience. Thank you.
