I tried calling with no luck, I went through the get help link in the email confirmation they sent and still haven't gotten a response from that either.

By far the best breakfast and burgers we've had. The bacon is phenomenal, the flavor is packed. Albeit, the fries could use some seasoning but still great quality! Has been our fav morning spot honestly. 9.5/10 bring Keith
First and last time ordering from this place. Missing items from an order and was told to contact DoorDash for a refund. Just terrible. I called in to report an issue with my order and got hung up on. I’ll be contacting the BBB.Edited: Your business did not have ALL the ingredients for your so called “Famous Breakfast Bowl”. Why charge full price if all the listed ingredients are not available? Why treat paying customers as though they are in the wrong? You didn’t make my order correctly and told me to drive to the business to have my order be remade, KNOWINGLY you didn’t have all the ingredients? Can you answer these questions?

I ordered my regular a salmon grit bowl online. Today my food was burnt. It’s bad enough when you order online you got to fight to find a parking spot or sit in the drive through forever but then to get your food and it’s burnt is unacceptable. I called and they were like bring it back but guess what, I don’t have time to take it back. No cook should allow something like this to leave their kitchen. Is he blind? Would he want to eat something that looks like this?Parking: Hard to park and very little available.

Burnt bacon. I didn’t eat the shrimps and grits I ordered because the smell is overpowering. The salmon croquette taste like a salty canned fish. My brunch punch is missing from my Grubhub order. I wasted $30 on a meal that was so inedible that I tossed it in the trash.

The food is amazing but the service is slow as hell. Ordered ahead once and they forgot my order multiple times had to go in twice and it took over an hour! If you go to drive through it takes about the same amount of time. Not worth it at all.

Employees need training. I called in a pick up order. They told me 15-20 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and I have to wait an additional 30 minutes. So It takes them 50 minutes to make a burrito and grits?! And it’s the 2nd time in a row they forgot to add any onions or bell peppers to the burrito. They must be smoking too much weed in the back.
