I was craving a Jags sub, but I guess it was a specialty item they no longer serve. The counter person suggested I get it's equivalent with a few added ingredients to get close to the flavor I wanted. Success!

Food order via computer monitor, no help from the employees and when you ask for help they have attitude problem. Will not go here again pr recommend this place.

I ended up not ordering because of because of what I assume was I Manager. made a very rude An unprofessional comment towards me. I did not appreciate it and when I called him out on it, he even got more rude with me. And I am At least a once or twice a week. Person to eat firehouse subs. I will not be back to this location and I recommend that nobody go to this location.

The friendly greeting, the professionalism, and of course.....the food. BJ and his crew, Shay, and Lamar never disappoint. KUDOS to them. I wish they were there each time I visit. I guess cloning is out of the question.

The manager Nathan took care of me and my sons when the app was not working properly. They did not receive my order on their computer even though I had the receipt of it on my phone. He quickly had his staff make the sandwiches and had us on our way. Thanks Nathan

Got served an obviously moldy club sandwhich (blue spots on the bread) and the manager nickel and dimed me on the refund. When you serve someone mold, you just refund the entire order. Does anyone think we did all that for some free chips?
