Firehouse Subs Mandarin

Got served an obviously moldy club sandwhich (blue spots on the bread) and the manager nickel and dimed me on the refund. When you serve someone mold, you just refund the entire order. Does anyone think we did all that for some free chips?

This location is the best. The staff at this location always goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Melissa the General manager of this location always checks on you and ensures that you are satisfied. You can can tell she really cares about the customer experience.

I have lunch 6 days a week, I have Subs, Salads, and Soups all are excellent. I enjoy my interaction with the various members of the crew and look forward to seeing them when I'm there.

I thought I'd give them another chance my mistake don't go to the store they're gross and disgusting the sandwiches are not like any other Firehouse subs I don't know what they are doing thereThe Firehouse where both sandwiches were cold and disgusting without hardly any meat cheese or vegetables they were both basically mayonnaise sandwiches $11 each? C'mon?! That is exactly what I expected from them the store is disgusting consistently disgusting

Horrible store. The only Firehouse I've gone to that's disgusting, gross and I will never go to again everything was in their little sandwich boxes upside down sideways.

Worst Firehouse I've ever been too. All tne ingredients were skimpy, 🥬,2 leaf, turkey,1 slice half a piece of cheese. Even the pickle had been cut in half ons adult sandwich. The sandwiches were upside down sideways in the box. Obviously intentionally done. Someone was having a bad day and my order reflected it. They were disgusting! Actually threw them away fearing spit and God knows what else was in these gross, disgusting sandwiches. Wow 25 dollars for garbage!

The worst Firehouse subs I've ever been too. Meatball sandwich, meatball's still Pink? Tuna fish? Dolphin maybe. I don't know what's going on at this particular store that they are horrible I got two sandwiches for over $20 and it was like a mustard and mayonnaise sandwich with a piece of cheese and I think I they waive the piece of me over folded it over smashed it put it in the bag upside down so everything fell out? Wow this store is horrible!
