Firehouse Subs Deerwood

Three guys at the front made my night. Other Firehouse up the road had to refund my order due to theft and out of sauce...made it a big deal. I walk in the door and I am great by **John Adrian and Ty**. They are hustling like nobody's business, running this sub shop like it was their very own. They took care of me and informed me about their sauce shortage aswell. They were determined to satisfy my visit with a drink and other recommended sauces. In the midst of this interaction they had a list of orders to fill in a busy store. I have no doubt these three are gonna be very successful in life. I hope a manager gets a hold of this and these gentleman get some recognition. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back again.

Firehouse subs never disappoints. Been a favorite of mine since the beginning.

Waited 25 minutes for a cold meatball sub. One person was ahead me when I arrived and he got his sandwich within minutes. My sub was made and left to go cold. No one called my name. Girl working there acted like I was a bother to her. First & last time going there. Horrible service.

Great BOGO sandwich deals! We got the turkey with provolone, cheddar and chopped pickles on it and it was very good. The sandwich can get a little soggy if you leave it too long in the packaging.

I ordered dinner for my family and someone else took it before I got there. The only response from the employees was "I just made that order, it was picked up" over and over again. Every employee that worked at 6pm on November 12 refused to help me or remake or refund my order and they also refused to give me their names and ignored me to face. I told them someone stole from them but that's not my problem and showed my receipt and they wouldn't help. I asked them for a manager and was ignored. I've never been to a restaurant where I was blatantly turned away with no food after paying $30 and using 15,000 rewards points. My experience was completely rude and unprofessional and these men deserve to be fired. We come to this firehouse all the time and these 3 men ruined the company completely for us forever. An absolute disgrace to customer service and basic human decency.
