Ordered online, was called but no message left about multiple items being out of stock for my order. There should be a way to update the app to items out of stock in real time. When I called the store back it was automated for catering or advising you to order online without an option to speak to someone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I went into this location the other day and nobody said a word to me as I’m walking and… I literally stood in line for the longest before somebody even said a word and they knew I was there, they just didn’t care!!! They need to clean up their store and get rid of those employees that act like they don’t really want to work which is the whole store!!!! Do better!!!!

Filthy. I honestly wanted to leave but was with friends and didn't want to make a big deal of it. I've been in Jax for a few years and it seems to be the norm here. 3 employees who never said a word to us, coke machine had no ice, tables were just nasty, we cleaned them ourselves. The floors, the front glass inside and out, the bathrooms, all just nasty. I sent pics to a friend who owns 2 locations up north and he was flabbergasted. No pride in their jobs. The owner doesn't respond. It's so bad that I am going to contact corporate and send the pics I took. Absolutely nasty.

The bathroom was absolutely discussing, feces on the lid of the toilet, floor was black with filth, the sink looked like something out of a horror movie. There as a swarm of small, black flies. I will so appalled I got my order and threw it away when I left this location.

Their employees are always friendly and courteous. The sandwiches taste great and are even better than some American restaurants. The store is really clean as well! I suggest people to come here to order sandwiches.

I tried the new Firehouse subs app today and had no issues. I had previously been very disappointed with the old app. The new app worked as expected and I am very happy with it so far. My food was ready when expected and tasted great. Thank you for the overhaul on the app. I will be back more frequently now since Firehouse does make the best subs.
