The staff at this location were absolutely wonderful. I placed my order ahead of time using the firehouse mobile app. When I came in past my pick up time, they informed me that they were behind because of their name day sale. As I looked around, the restaurant was full and everybody behind the counter was bustling. I work in the same plaza, and I understand how busy it can get at times. Everybody was so kind and professional, and I could tell by their faces that they have received negative feedback all night. Very kind and courteous, Thank you again.

Yummy subs, easy to order on website and was ready when we came in to pickup. Just remember to grab your chips as they weren't in the bag!

This firehouse has become terrible! I typically order from home and the drive over covers till the promised time(usually takes me longer).
The last 3 times, I have had to wait up to an additional 45 mins for my order (over an hour after the pickup time).
Today, at 25 mins past pickup I asked if they could give me a time frame for my order. I was given an attitude as if I ruined their entire day by asking. Without even looking at me, the guy told me they were waiting on my fries. Fries that I watched drop almost 10 mins prior that they proceeded to give to a dine-in customer who ordered after my order was supposed to be finished!
At 30 mins past, I was given my order without the fry sauce. The petite girl who I asked for the sauce DID give me what I asked for without the bad attitude that the others had.
I have NEVER received so much as an apology for the delay.
I must add at no time were they particularly busy. At the most 12 patrons, most of which already had their orders.

Jerald had very good customer service and was very helpful when me and my mom was ordering food. I would highly recommend this location for firehouse subs. Also it was very clean and the staff was welcoming.

Slow..., even for mobile order. Had to wait 15. I guess mobile order has went to the dumps.
I had a really disappointing experience at Firehouse Subs. I purchased two Philly subs, and they were absolutely horrible—stale bread and tasteless filling. It took 30 minutes to get and make matters worse, I called to speak to the manager about my concerns, but they were not helpful at all. I was hoping to get my subs made over or receive a refund, but neither option was offered. Very frustrating experience overall. I won't be returning.
