Have ordered here multiple times and every time there are issues. From me not even getting both the sandwiches I ordered to them coming with no condiments and uncooked. I just can’t order from here anymore. The staff gets upset and snippy whenever you talk with them and every time my order is wrong (like I’m missing a sandwich) they act like I’m being difficult when asked where the other one is.

I ordered my food online came to pick it up, they asked my name didn’t say anything else after that. I waited 10 more minutes then a different person asked my name and handed my food to me that was there the whole time waiting behind the counter. Ham didn’t look like it was steamed at all. Looked like it was just put on the sandwich. Sub was cold. If I could I would give no stars

It takes a very long time to prepare an order, 20 minutes to prepare it when the restaurant is empty, it's terrible.

I ordered a hook n ladder no mayo with honey mustard. No honey mustard. I ordered a N. Y. Steamer extra pickle. No pickle no extra pickle. Two customers that arrived after me received their orders before my order was finally called and their orders were combo while my wrong order was to go.

Absolute horrible service. I ordered food from here through Uber Eats and paid $26 for a meal. I ordered a foot long tuna and side Mac n cheese. When I got my food, my sandwich only had tuna on half of the sub. It was thrown in the bag upside down and falling out of the box. Same with the Mac n cheese. No napkins or silverware were provided. I also ordered sun chips for my side and they gave me lays. Absolutely infuriating due to cost and wanting to have a sandwich with actual meat on it. I called the store and spoke to Javaris, the general manager of this store. He said he would personally issue me a refund and if I came back to the store they would give me a free meal. I was super pleased with that promise. Wasn’t trying to get free food, but it was the thought. Well a week goes by and I haven’t gotten the refund. I called him back and he said he will directly issue me the money if I didn’t get it in a few more days. So yesterday I decided to go up and get that free meal if I wasn’t going to get a refund. I called ahead and spoke to a female manager who just so happens to be the only woman manager there. She says all I need to bring is my receipt from the previous order. All would be handled. So I get there, and she’s super nice to the man in front of me. As SOON as she gets to me, immediately rude af. She doesn’t even know what I need. So i explain and now she’s even more rude, says that she never spoke to me and no one’s relayed the message to her when i told her i spoke to a female manager and she made me aware she’s the only female manager. So now i am a liar? tells me to move to the side so she can take the other 10 peoples orders from behind me. I’m on a short window of time for my lunch break at work so this upsets me. She gets javaris on the phone. He tells her I need to contact uber eats directly that he isn’t refunding me, after almost 3 weeks have gone by at this point. Now getting a refund wouldn’t happen, and I am stuck waiting 15 minutes longer for my remake. I will NEVER be coming back to this firehouse.

My name was the name of the day for a free sub when you buy one. The subs are good but they gave me the wrong order, otherwise I’d give a higher review. I’m grateful for the sub and what they bring to the community.
