There were 5 employees here when I got in. I got 3 sandwiches and a cup of soup. It took 25 mins and counting. (Still here) There's no one else here. 2 of the employees appeared to be off their shift. But they were distracting the actual workers. Lots of chatting and laughing going on. Very smokey, looks like someone burnt something but they don't seem concerned.... at this point I just want my food to get out of here. What a horrible mistake coming here.

Haven’t had a sub from here in awhile just because it seemed like they were going downhill so we tried to give them another shot tonight for dinner and we got the Thanksgiving sub and half the sub had only one slice of meat and the whole sub had no cranberry sauce, the one thing we were actually looking forward to. Felt like we were just eating stuff on a sub roll.

Terrible experience! Meatballs on our sub was heard as a rock! My husband went back to return our order as food was inedible and the employee behind the counter refused to accommodate our request. She said, “I just wanna go home!” before offering to make us another hard meatball sub. We declined because of her attitude and that chances were good that we would’ve gotten the same overcooked meatballs again!
Could not believe this lady argued about a refund! Clearly customer satisfaction is not important at this store and we will not be back! I will let everyone I know in our 1000 person community know to definitely go to Publix if they want a fresh meatball sub prepared by an employee who cares and appreciates return business.

Horrible experience in this place, first time I visit the site and I really won't be back!! His staff is very pitiful in attention, the lady who appears in the video below is super arrogant with people, and passes by talking on the phone and dancing, only when she dances she can't record, as if in mockery mode for people. He answers badly and has no service at all, the man who goes out there is so slow, but so slow! that God does not know that he does work in the kitchen, he asks permission from one hand to move another. WELD PLACE!!
