This location has the best service! We ordered the new BBQ Cuban sandwich which was EXCELLENT!! I hope they keep this one on permanently!! What a fabulous creation!! Two thumbs up!!

They had the door locked at 9:30pm .they were all in there laughing like it’s funny too. Idk why yall keep paying them. We drove 30 minutes from the beach on the way home. It was very inconvenient and my girlfriend was highly unimpressed. I hope someone from the management team contacts me

A co-worker recommended the spicy sweet meatball sub. I sent hubby all the way to Firehouse subs to grab me one. It was overly toasted (the sub was slightly blackened on top) and the meatballs were dry and hard..I had to spit one out, it was crunchy, hard and inedible... Meatballs are not supposed to be crunchy....maybe it was the location? I don't know...I would not recommend it. Disappointed...would not try that sub again.

Super busy, and they got my order wrong, it happens (in Florida a lot). Called to speak to management, and it just hangs up on the first ring. I get your point... I've learned my lesson. Check food before leaving to save yourself gass. Coming back after they make a mistake will not be in your favor if they don't care about customers and can't get orders right.

I usually like this place, which is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. I ordered a sandwich that is supposed to be toasted here and when I got home it was super cold and not toasted. I placed an order for pickup and it took 40 mins over the scheduled time and food was not made properly. Reached out to firehouse and they sent me a form email back with 100 points or something like that. FYI a brownie costs around 1,000 points. It’s not about that though, I shouldn’t have had to wait so long and my order should not have been wrong and after reaching out, the company clearly didn’t care.

Ordered a brisket and cheddar. Husband said tough meat and greasy bread. Asked for bbq sauce on side but it was slathered on Yuk I ordered a steamer to try something different. Yuk!!!!! Tough, stringy meat. Only 1/2 sandwich had cheese, mustard, Mayo. How does that even happen? Do better Firehouse. Buy BETTER ingredients and train your crew.

Nothing rapid about this Firehouse Subs location. The wait times are insane. Not much in customer service either. I’ve been to quite a few FH during lunch rush and everyone received their food in a timely manor from a friendly communicative staff. It might help if the staff communicated to the customers and could give updated order statuses. It would also help them out to call the orders out to alleviate customer frustration and reduce number of bodies waiting for their take out order. Service is slow for dine in or carry out. It’s typical to wait an additional 10-15 minutes after a mobile order estimated time. The only saving grace was the food order was accurate and hot.

I didn't even eat here. There was only one person working didn't greet anyone when they walked in. She was working online orders, but didn't even acknowledge the people walking in so I just walked out. I won't be going back to this location.

I stopped into a Firehouse (Atlantic & Hodges) I Ordered a turkey bacon sub, with a side of honey mustard. In the past I’ve always been asked “Would like that fully involved?”, with mayo & grain mustard. There were no less than 5 people standing along the line, Including a manager. I had to ask for the side of honey mustard that I ordered. I checked my bag. Check all your order before leaving, is my advice. I chose FH for its fast food service. Not here! My sub had Mayo, no mustard. The worst part was, THERE WAS NO BACON!! ? The onions were soggy and cut too thin. The usually warm & satisfying sandwich was a cold sub. I am disappointed after trying to call and speak to a manager. The line just rang & rang.I chose Firehouse, because they are traditionally good product with a”Welcome to Firehouse”, positive attitude. Not at this location. After the first bite, the sandwich was yucky with the slimy onions,was cold and bread wasn’t as good as I remembered.I usually love the steaming too! My fault for not saying “steam it please”. I guess the menu has changed. I looked at all the reviews for this stores location,it appears that “WRONG ORDER” is a consistent problem going back 2 years. I tried calling to speak to a manager, line just rings & rings, but perhaps I’ll give them another call tomorrow. I am Hoping Management uses this as a teaching/training opportunity. Firehouse offers many options for what and how your sandwich is made. It’s a detail oriented job. Especially when placing the order. Peace to all & have a great day.Dietary restrictions: At this point, I can only recommend the pre- manufactured items on the menu. FH should make the GLUTEN FREE option more noticeable.
