The entire bottom bread is wet with pickle juice, notice on the plate there is a puddle of pickle juice.

I saw a bad spill at the Hot Sauce counter and told the cashier at the counter, Eliga, who jumped right on that stain and cleaned it up. Very good impression on all the guys working there.

This is the best Firehouse to go to. The service is excellent and the food/order is ALWAYS accurate!! I have been to other locations and this one is by far the BEST all the way around.

Absolutely the best experience ever at a Firehouse Subs location today. Went in with the 2 for $20 combo in mind. Kelly, the manager, said it was an online purchase only. No worries though. She takes my phone and firehouse app, goes through and places our order for us. I pay with my credit card in the app. The order spits out and she is standing at the counter when my order prints out. 5-7mins later we are waiting in the restaurant ! Kelly and her staff were absolutely amazing. Would recommend this location 10/10
The food is good, especially when it’s fresh. The restaurant could be a little cleaner but hey that’s just my opinion.

I took a long break from firehouse because I felt their quality just went down and then they got rid of the hot sauce bar. Well I decided to give them another try again. And I went to the good location to give them their best shot.
My new Yorker was nothing grizzle and fat. Completely unchewable. I'm done with this place.
