Firehouse Subs Hodges

This store was filthy, mayo on tables, chips and napkin pieces all over the floor. They tell you to take a number for your table but you have to go up and get it. No "welcome to Firehouse". Manager and 4 employees behind the counter have a ball, laughing, joking. Keep in mind it wasn't busy, and no one out in the dining area picking up or cleaning. We felt dirty when we left.

Food was horrible. I’ve ordered the same sub for years from this place and the last two times it’s been soggy. I was forced to throw it away both times because the bottom bread was drenched, and oil or water was in the container even though I didn’t order oil. I would not recommend coming here.

Food was hot and fresh! But our favorite was the friendliness of the staff. The two young men who served us were very accommodating- they assisted us and made sure our meals were correct.
The new fries were crispy and delicious!
Sitting area was clean and parking for evening was easy.

I've been to many Firehouse Subs and even remember going to the original on San Jose Blvd with my dad when I was kid. Some locations are very good and some are subpar but this location knocks it out of the park each time I go. I've been helped by so many great employees there like Kelly, Demorie, Rhyne, and Kevin. They have all been great like even my random southern boy sweet tea verification questions (yes it's fresh. delicious. and real sugar) And also I like my subs customized and ordered ahead in the app. Accurate and On-Time 100%. Great service and diggin' the new Fries for the the little nuggets (kids) as well. It's just behind the Walmart - trust in google maps - it's tricky spot at first ;)

Restaurant was dirty. Tables were not cleared/wiped and the overall ambiance needs some attention. I was one of two occupied tables, pre-lunch rush, so it’s only going downhill for the day. Restrooms are filthy - filthy as in remote exit I-95 gas station filthy. Staff were nice, but impersonal with the self order/checkout. Overall, it’s hard to justify dining in here. Use the outdoor tables.
