Terrible and slow service, waited over 30 minutes for my order through the app that said would be ready in 10 minutes.

Slowest Firehouse location in Jacksonville. Food was decent, although it took 45 min for a 1-person order. 30 minutes longer than stated. This is usually the speed at which this location operates. Will not return

I absolutely love firehouse subs but go to another one. Do NOT come to this one. The wait is ridiculous.

The service is always slow. I have tried ordering ahead or ordering when I get there but no matter what, it takes forever. I usually order 15 to 20 mins ahead and when I get there I have ended up waiting an additional 15 mins. Whether it’s busy or slow, multiple employees, it does not matter, it takes such a long time. Food taste fine but be prepared to wait.

30 minutes for 2 sandwiches take out. Large meatball sub, small steak and cheese. Large Meatbull is Large Honey Ham and Turkey with Honey Mustard. If you can't be fast at least be correct.

Nice people working there, and good food. They make the best fries too.

I’ve been craving this place through pregnancy so I’ve been quite a bit especially recently and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It takes over 30 minutes to get a sandwich. I ordered yesterday at 11:15 and arrived late at 11:47 my sandwich still was not made they hadn’t even started on it, I watched them make 3 other sandwiches before even starting on mine, what is the point of ordering ahead of time if they do that? I waited until after 12 to get my order AFTER online ordering almost an hour beforehand. I won’t come to this location anymore even though it’s close to me because it’s so slow.

Ordered take out on two different occasions the food was not ready.
First time they didn't see my order and place was empty. Second time it was busy only one person working.

Ordered the 6in hooking ladder and got it home to find it had about half meat. Was more bread than meal. Arbys has the meat.

Everything is great except make sure you check your order before leaving if there really busy they mite forget something . Which I totally understand .

Purchased a medium hook& ladder through the app. I wanted it toasted so I opened up customize and updated. The app added $3.95 to the order but I didn’t notice until after I purchased. I contacted Firehouse through the app and they responded they’ll look into it. That was the last I heard anything….$3.95 extra to toast a sandwich?

Ordered on the app, said it would be done by 8:40pm and I arrived at 8:39 and when I walked inside it was just being bagged. So it was ready to go as soon as I arrived.

The Subs are alright. Not bad but not mind blowing ethier. However just now I ordered a single Sub and asked to get no onion on it. After waiting for 20 mins( I honestly thought they had given my order away at this point), I got my sub..... with onions. Honestly just steer clear of this location. Especially during lunch hours on the week. It's just not worth it.
