Three of us walked in and only one ordered. As soon as we walked in we are hit with a very hostile man/woman telling us to hurry up and order. When we get up to the register he/she tells us “just to let you know we close in 5 mins” and then proceeded to be very short and rude when ordering. The cherry on top is he/she proceeded to steal from us when it asked for the tip we walked away because in no way did they deserve a tip and they proceeded to reach over and select 10% tip for themselves. This behavior should not be tolerated. I didn’t get a name because they were not wearing a name tag for im sure this exact reason. The person had blue eyes was tall with brown hair. As we are walking out of the restaurant they then proceed to turn the lights off before we can even close the doors.

Waited 30 mins for our food… all because the employees weren’t aware of a deal that was going on. Perhaps the POS system should let employees know of deals going on? Or maybe signage? We were shoved off by a middle-aged employee, only for him to be proved wrong and get the deal. Just honor the damn thing, you don’t get paid enough to argue anyways 🤷🏼‍♂️

Having to use self checkout and order without a choice..... Really sucks, last time I'll be eating at firehouse subs

I like ordering at kiosks. I can be much quicker that way. Attendant was very attentive and noticed I grabbed too small a cup. Appreciated it more when I didn't have to get up for a refill. And of course the food came out promptly and tasted perfect.

Every time my roommates and I go here our subs are gross?! This is literally the only firehouse with such problem, makes us so mad that the manager doesn’t even take responsibility. Come on Jon!!
