I order from here and it’s always wrong, it’s always the extra stuff like cookies and drinks. Subs are good .

Came on my lunch for a salad. Immediately felt as though my presence wasn’t welcomed there. The young man at the counter never even greeted me, just stood there and waited for me to assume he was ready to take my order. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but rude dispositions in customer service jobs has never been something I understood.

I was waiting to pick up an order, a man was ahead of me waiting on his to go order, He simply asked “the heavy set woman” working the counter “where to pick up” she asked very rude” whats your name” he told her his name, she turned and walked away didn't say two words to him, only to come back slam the bag down on the counter and walk away, the guy took his food and left. I thought to myself how rude of her, her behavior was absolutely unacceptable!! A simple thank you sorry for the inconvenience etc would of been nice. I do order to gos here often and let me tell you after what I witnessed how that “woman” treated a paying customer I will NOT be ordering from this location. The staffs actions and disrespect were unbelievable! Keep in mind its the customers that keep you employed however this lady was thee utmost rude, disrespectful and non considerate Ive ever seen.

Nice and friendly staff, but their system is jacked up . It took way too long for me to get my sandwich, and then it was wrong. I was told system did not show all of my requested toppings on my order. Firehouse, please get your systems together if we have to use your app to get your offers. And also include a spot for additional info.

Today was beautiful as i watched two first responders purchase a woman a much needed meal and drink and even a dessert and it made me so happy to see such kindness that is so rare these days .Firehouse subs and the selections they have are a great option for a tasty as well as filling meal with multiple chip options and a variety of choices for mix your own drink from the Cocacola brand as well as sweet and unsweet tea made fresh daily. In addition the fudge brownie was fantastic fudge deliciousness today. The umyounf ladies and gentlemen who work here are so nice and ready to make your taste buds jump for joy.

My First time dinning at Firehouse , I must say I Really ENJOYED the Food as well as the Service , got to go there again .

I don’t know where to beginning I was the first customer here today and I always visit this location for my lunch but had time before work and Christina & Robyn greeted me with warm welcome. My sub came out fresh and toasted and the new fries are a hit alone. Robyn was preppimg fresh toppings as always and Miss Christina was making sure the lobby was in tip top shape. It’s never a dull moment here the whole staff Lonnie Logan Tonni is a joy and always helpful with recommendations. I promise you this is the best location in Florida not just Jacksonville.
