Please do better with lyft/uber eat orders. waiting 20min+ to pick up is unacceptable.

Slow, slow, slow, SLOW, rude staff, unsanitary to the eyes, staff had a whole conversation while preparing orders. It took over 20 minutes to make two subs (which we ended up getting a refund for because we didn’t want to continue to wait) with the excuse of running out of bread and making online orders. Mats were sitting on top of counter near drink dispensers which was unsanitary, stating that they were directed by staff to do it. Never again at this location.

Horrible sandwiches swimming in Mayo and inedible. called to speak to manager and employee wouldn’t let me speak to the manager . Do not order from this location!!!

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW....did mention the service is SLOW??? Seriously, my first time to a firehouse! I counted at least 4 employees working and the place was not even packed! I ordered a medium sandwich, it took at least 30 MINUTES!!! Sandwich was just ok. I can't wait for the Jersey Mikes to open up soon!! Not going here again!!

Very bad service arrived at the place and the clerks do not serve you, there is no one serving in the place, the clerks talk on the phone and they do not serve you, that place is very bad, I do not recommend it, there is too much wait to give you an order or that place.

I happen to stop here when I was picking up my grandbaby for a visit. I have a ton of allergies so I ordered a gluten free turkey no tomato. It wasn't cut so I asked the young lady if she could cut it, I was driving and neede it to be smaller in size to eat. She said no because of the gluten allergy it would cause cross contamination. She gave me a plastic knife. I was so impressed and appreciative that she thought about my allergies!
I enjoyed my sandwich and the service as well!

I ordered online an walked in an my food was not ready it was supposed to be ready at 12:50 didn’t get my food till 115 and my food usually is ready when I order online. I basically miss my whole break being in the medical field because they were backed up.

My meatball sub that I ordered one November 15th look like it was dropped on the floor and picked up again the bread was burned the pickle look like it was 100 years old the quality was extremely poor.

Okay so you can look at my profile and see I don't leave many bad reviews only when needed.
Placed an online order Saturday night ( two nights ago ) it was an order for three subs one of the subs by itself costed $18 due to add-ons which is fine but when I got there there were four workers working. When I walked in I got no greeting and I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me after they walked past me every single one of them looked me in the face and kept going. The whole time I was standing there I was listening to One gentleman talk about one of the other workers and or manager and it was not good. Very unprofessional. He was cussing and calling her different names and stating how tough he was for talking back when he was being reprimanded. I'm just going to assume that that worker wasn't there to defend themselves but it was very nasty the things he was saying. So I finally get my order after the gentleman that was talking trash finally looked at me and then asked the other lady that walked past me at least four times and looked me in my face if she could see what I wanted. She walked up didn't say anything I just stated that I'm there to pick up an order she repeated what I said and apparently they were still working on it. Now here's the kicker why would it take you over 20 minutes to make three subs and then when I get my sub which was an Italian it didn't have nothing but meat and cheese on it. No sauce no lettuce no tomato no nothing. Needless to say when I got home I was highly disappointed not only with the experience inside the store but with the food. This place used to be really well maintained and now every time I go in there it's a bunch of garbage.
Unfortunately I will not be back and honestly I'm debating if I want to call corporate because that experience really got under my skin. I'm a very patient person because I work in the food industry also and the wait for my food wouldn't have been as bad had the experience inside the store not been a horrible one. I'm just there to get my food I don't want to hear your feelings about someone who is telling you how to do your job right because obviously y'all need someone telling you how to do your job right.

On many occasions when I come to pick up an order, the workers are sitting and there is no one in the store, and after one arrives at the store It is when they decide to review their orders and then start preparing the order.

We were here over 3 months ago and it was awesome. A typical Firehouse Sub Shop! There was barely any meat on either the hook and ladder or the steak and cheese. What was there was all on one end! I got pieces of Grizzled meat. After you bite into that a few times you kinda loose your appetite.
