This is my least favorite firehouse subs place. The workers are slow and inefficient. I ordered from the mobile app, for 6 sandwiches. It said it’d be ready at 7:45pm. When I got there, the workers asked me if I ordered online or called, I said online from the app, but they said that they didn’t see my name on an order. So basically I had to reorder everything. I thought I ordered and paid for my order from the app however when I came to pick up my subs, the workers didn’t get my order. This is not good quality service. I basically wasted money from having to start over again and order a new order.

If gluten free don't go there. They no longer have the option for gluten free rolls! Since they say they can't get them... it is recommended to go elsewhere.

My rating is a reflection of the owner (Management) not the staff, who bust their behinds for their customers. Walked in today at 12pm to a single staffed store. Poor employee. Thank you for doing all you can, sorry the owners don't do the same.

CLEARLY those who work this store hate their jobs. Not a care at all. No Greetings, the employee who took the order was full attitude, and did not want to be there. The food was nothing to brag about. No care in the prep of those sandwiches either.

We ordered online and paid in full at 9:27pm. It said we had 15 minutes left to order and get delivery. Waited for 45 minutes for our order. Had an assigned delivery person and everything. The older was cancelled 45 minutes later. I called Firehouse and they said as long as we ordered by 9:30 it would have been filled (it was) but for some reason it was cancelled. Not a happy camper.

I had to rush to get there before close, I felt bad walking in there at 8:50pm but a worker by the name of Sam was truly respectful and kind. Made my sandwich cautiously and did not rush, it was greatly appreciated

Would be a 5/5 because firehouse has the best subs EVER and I will die on this hill. HOWEVER this is my hometown location and just came back and disappointed in the bathroom, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned it days, black lines in the toilet and not a single piece of toilet paper.

Absolutelt incapable of getting a sub out on time, had to wait 20 minutes for a Doordash pickup that was supposed to be ready when I arrived

Employees are definitely minimalists. If someone pays for an online order maybe put the cup in the bag. Simplify things, especially in the busiest plaza ever. Maybe next time I'll get the drink. Won't be from this one though.
