I had to rush to get there before close, I felt bad walking in there at 8:50pm but a worker by the name of Sam was truly respectful and kind. Made my sandwich cautiously and did not rush, it was greatly appreciated
Would be a 5/5 because firehouse has the best subs EVER and I will die on this hill. HOWEVER this is my hometown location and just came back and disappointed in the bathroom, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned it days, black lines in the toilet and not a single piece of toilet paper.
I tried to order on the app, but it was not working. I had to go into the store. It took a long time to get my sandwich.The sandwich was good and worth the price, but the combo upgrade was overpriced for a small bag of chips and iced tea.This store was small and it was difficult to navigate the aisle.What is with the tip request at checkout? Firehouse is already pricey. The nearby Chick-fil-A and Sierra Grill don't ask for tips.
