very slow, almost 20 minutes waiting and there were almost no passengers, after waiting for them to tell me that they did not have bacon,very bad service today 12/10/2024.

They are horrible. No sense of urgency. They just walk slowly, place the food on the sub slowly. It’s not just one of them, all 3 of them were just taking their sweet time. I wasn’t even in a rush for goodness sake. 15 min to make a firehouse sub and there was only one person in front of me is insane. There was not any mayo on the counter or napkins as they stated there was. You guys are working in the airport for goodness sake! Just keep walking.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, GO TO ANGIES SUBS INSTEAD!

Stood at the register ready to order for 6 minutes. There were plenty of workers standing and hanging around while one made the sandwich. Not a single person came to take more order, or even tell me that they’d be with me soon. I walked off wasting almost 10 precious minutes of my time.

Came on here to offer a mixed review (decent food, ridiculously long wait) and was surprised to read reviews complaining about the exact same issues going back months and months. Can’t decide what’s more concerning: The incredibly slow service/apathetic understaffing (during lunch hour, the busiest time of the day!), or the fact corporate has done nothing to resolve the long-standing problems.

I typically check Yelp reviews on places long before I choose to eat at them. This time I didn’t. This location was the worse in terms of customer seevice. You get there, order but the guy taking your order gets annoyed easily resulting in him getting snappy if you ask questions about any of the menu items. A good thing to note, which is the most important, it that each order take about 20-30 minutes to make. This isn’t because the restaurant is short staffed or because the are back logged. I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich with no additions. The 4+ employees would rather waste time chatting and scrolling through social media from what I observed. So if you gave a flight or a connecting flight, don’t waste your valuable time going and ordering from this place or you’ll risk missing your flight. The atmosphere is shop and go with only two tables for two for seating.

I don’t know what to rate for my food because I haven’t gotten it yet. These people are INSANELY SLOW! There are FOUR people working and they are producing only one sandwich every 3 minutes. It’s not that it’s busy. They are slooooooow. Go somewhere else.

I was the only person ordering. Had to stand and wait for 5-10min for the 5 employees to finish up they're personal conversation before noticing they had a customer. Took another 10min to make one sub. You'd think with 5 employees, one customer and 10min you could get the order correct, but no. They forgot the bacon and the turkey. Went back to correct it and the bacon and turkey was slamed on the sub and smashed closed. If I wasnt already running late they would have gotten the sloppy mess thrown
back in they're facees, unfortunately it ended up in the trashcan untouched at my gate

My god, I cannot imagine a worse experience. I spent 20 minutes waiting at two separate firehouse subs in the terminal before hitting eject after talking to people waiting for their subs. Understaffed, undertrained, one of the worst airport food experiences you can have and it’s already a very low bar.

*Update based on reply from Anna/Guest Services... This location isn't even listed in the support website. May want to look into that as well.
