Closed and refused service at 6pm. They’re supposed to be open until 9.
Slow, very slow for being located in a busy airport. I waited in line 20 minutes just to place an order. When it was my turn to order. The employee said I will be with you in just a minute. 15 minutes later. I was able to place my order. Just 2 people working up front. One was on the female with long lashes moved at a dead snails pace. The male who was polite seemed un bothered by the line forming behind me. The manager finally appeared to correct an order. I ordered a coke fountain drink and recieved a Dr.Pepper or Mr pibb. Not a Coke. I would not dare ask for an exchange because I would have to go back in line for another year. The Airport at the time was not that busy either. Very disappointing. More help is needed here with efficiency.

Unbelievably slow service

The manager of this establishment is extremely inappropriate, rude, and abusive to his employees. I witnessed him publicly humiliate an employee for making a very minor mistake. He told the employee that if he could learn how to read, he wouldn't be making mistakes and that he should learn how to read, amongst other innappropriate things. The manager told him in a very condescending tone. The behavior I witnessed was absolutely disgusting and appalling. I think the employees name was Mason, he was a young man with dreads. He handled it very well with respect and dignity. He stood up for himself and did not let his manager treat him like a doormat, but in a way that was professional and dignified. I hope whoever reads this has the authority to do something about this and not just a slap on the wrist, as this is about poor character and poor leadership skills. I want to come to this establishment and see people working under mature, grounded, and emotionally intelligent leaders. Maybe that should be Mason.

Mandy and Destiny absolutely run a tight ship! The order went smooth and the food came out fast in a busy airport. They were very friendly. Thank you so much! Been driving for hours and about to fly for several more.

It says store closes at 9pm, but the employee told me the lady in line in front of me will be his last customer at 7:50pm. Make it make sense.
In the 28 minutes between when I placed my order and received my sandwich, the 5 employees behind the counter delivered 6 sandwiches, including those in the works before I ordered. The sandwich was good.
I was planning to write a review about awful service because employees are focused on their phones only. They look at you briefly then go back to their phones. Then I read some of the other reviews that addressed the same issue. Each had some meaningless response from management yet obviously nothing has changed. I assume that means it's probably the manager who is actually ignoring customers.
Fortunately I walked away, and didn't get the same food poisoning other customers got.

Customer service is definitely at the bottom of their priority list. The line is long and those working move at a glacial pace. There are others eating or on their phone. If they aren't on the clock they should do those things out of site.

9/25/25 6:00 pm: I never ordered. There were four employees, two men and two women. The women took orders while the men did nothing. Then the women shut down the order line so they could go make the sandwiches while the men continued to do nothing. I waited over half an hour and never even gave my order, then became worried it would never be filled by the time my flight boarded. So I left, as did many others. Advice to management: fire the two men and save on overhead.

6 employees and 6 customers waiting to pick up their subs. Still 20 minutes to get my sub. Only 2 of 6 employees works, the rest checking their phones, chatting, doing whatever. Awful management!

If rudeness from an employee is what you're looking for BINGO! 2 of the 3 employees were awesome but one was Xtra rude....but it's an airport 🤷🏼♀️
