It took 10 minutes to get my sub. Glad the manager was just staring at his employees and wouldnât get his own hands dirty. Terrible leadership. I felt so bad for those employees giving their blood, sweat, and tears for the customer while the manager was âtoo goodâ to help them take care of the customers.
Food was very good and the team working was very friendly. You could tell they were struggling to keep up. Too bad they donât teach servant leadership at this restaurant.

Workers are terrible. Menu prices donât match actual prices. No combos offered like most locations. Menu says medium and large fountain drinks. Was told they donât have medium. Asked how much the small is and it was more than the medium on the menu. Service is extremely slow. Weâll see if I get sick like others have.

While flying out of JAX early in the morning, I came here for a breakfast sandwich. They have several to choose from, as well as their normal menu and everything looked and smelled very appealing. I opted for the pastrami breakfast sandwich, which is a smaller sub roll with pastrami and egg on it. The sandwich was really tasty and piping hot. The service was friendly too. Pricing wasnât bad, considering itâs an airport. Definitely worth trying, as itâs good for airport food.

I was going to order a sandwich here and when I went in line Isaw there was mouse poop on the floor. Please Donât eat here. The only reason they got one star was because I had to click on the star to make the review.
Every time I come here I am able to order a side of turkey for my pup. The cashier was a Caucasian young man and he was very polite and friendly. All I ordered was a bag of chips, a sub and side of turkey he said ok. I paid and tipped because of HIS service. After waiting 25 minutes for a sub an African American heavy set lady starts screaming at him in front of everyone and saying we donât sell sides of turkey and going off on him and proceeded to tell me no we cannot accommodate. Sheâs nasty and has poor customer service. With that attitude she might as well work from home and not in customer service.

No frills quick bite sandwiches. Hot subs with good range of selection beef, ham, turkey, bacon, meatballs, veggies & tuna salad. Chips, cookies, brownies & drinks available as well. Queue to order & pay. Then wait out for your freshly made sub to be served. Could take up to 20 minutes or so depending on the queue. They will call out your name when the sub is ready for pickup.

Terrible in a nutshell I ate a cheese and steak sandwich after 1 hour I got on the plane and it was terrible I vomited diarrhea I got to the Miami airport shit in my pants and straight to ask for a bath that I stayed 1 hour and a half and by the way to take an imodium. Terrible the worst flight story
