I never write reviews for places especially fast food places but i just had to for this specific location of firehouse. I've been in here quite a few times within the last 2 months and every time I go I am amazed by the customer services. Every employee at this location is always so kind and attentive. Today I placed an order online and as soon as I walked into the store, an employee asked what my name was so he could check on my order. He told me it would be ready in a few minutes and I said it was no problem but he continued to wait for my order specifically so he could hand it to me as soon as it was ready. It's little things like this that make me want to come back. Not to mention the place is always clean and they are always quick with orders. Thank you!

I had ordered a turkey bacon ranch on wheat. Toasted twice with extra onions,pickles,& mayonaisse. Everytime I have ordered a sub, it is always loaded with veggies & meat. Tonight, it seems like everyone was off on their orders for customers. My sub was good, but not great.

The food, service, quality is excellent the several times I’ve stopped off here on the way to Freshfield Farms. The gentlemen saw my hands were full with my kids so they put everything in a box to make things easier on me. Small gestures like that really make a business great, and I appreciate it. Few places left that are courteous and consistent. Thank you.

My coworkers and I ordered food on a Friday right at opening. When I got there to pick it up they were so nice. Had everything ready. Made sure I had containers to carry everything and helped get it to my car. The food was amazing as well. We were all very happy.

You guys are always accurate with my orders and your meals are always well cooked, seasoned and straight to the point how I requested them. Came here to study and grab a sub and was surprised by how positive the staff and store was! The staff were all having fun but clearly working hard, things were stocked, being cleaned, everyone was greeted by name, and food came out fast and accurate.Stayed to study a bit longer and turned my afternoon around tremendously ❤️Edited to add: just heard a guy ask his coworker to grab something from the back... All pleases, thank yous, and jokes. My god these people are a ray of sunshine

I really enjoy Firehouse sub sandwiches. They are always warm with plenty of meat and other fresh ingredients. The subs are a little pricey, but I think they are worth it. I use their rewards program and got a free large Hero sub on this order.
