Best fire house around , employees are amazing, I work right up the road and come there often, never once had a bad experience with the customer service of the food , the manager up there is also amazing

Terrible customer service one of the employees think his name was Mike had a terrible attitude while I'm ordering my food yelling at me because I wanted to downsize my price was over 30 dollars for 2 subs. Rushing me with my order with one customer behind me, food was delicious but the customer service was pour.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for a long time, but the atmosphere has completely changed recently. The staff used to be friendly and organized, but now it feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Orders are often wrong, and the attitude from management is dismissive rather than helpful. There’s a clear lack of leadership and respect in the workplace, which affects both the employees and the customers. It’s disappointing to see a place I used to enjoy visiting go downhill like this.

I am so tired of the male manager at this store. Constantly getting orders wrong. Rude to customers. It seems like he always makes everyone else on the shift do all the work while he just goofs off. Not to mention the extremely inappropriate conversations I overhear him having with the team members, some of which are minors who have audibly expressed that they aren’t comfortable with what he is saying to them. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I’ve been coming into this firehouse at least once a week for a year and have never seen it decline as much as it has since this man has been hired. Not to mention the sexual comments he makes about women he finds attractive when they enter the store! Really great leadership firehouse!

Edit: I intended this review for the firehouse on 103rd street. I’ve never been to the cassat store.

I ordered a meal, they ignored me treated me like garbage and then when I got it, they gave me mustard i asked none of, they gave me a pickle ON MY SANDWICH WHICH I ASKED IT TO NOT BE ON BEVAUSE IM ALLERGIC. I hope yall get sued or corporate I vestiges yall for unprofessional staff
