They threw away my subs, teas, pizza bread sticks, and bag of chips while my son and I were using the bathroom. Then the lady proceeded to give me attitude when I asked why they threw out our food and drinks. Especially when it was a whole box of garlic bread and unfinished sandwiches.

Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. They also give back some to the firefighters. We had no issues but there was a woman there that was and the staff was being very patient and caring and made her happy with a good outcome.Parking: Today they handled out family of four order with ease. They were very helpful with my takeout order on Super Bowl Sunday.
Very quick and got it correct! It was clean when I walked in as well.

DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRICING ON GLUTEN FREE SANDWICHES. First of all I'm glad that they have a gluten free option, however you will be charged the price of a medium size sub plus an up charge of $2.50 to make it GF. You will receive a delicious yet smallish sub for approx $12.50. The staff here are very nice to ad to the delightful sandwich.

Every time I go in there I’m pretty sure anybody who read this know who I’m talking about. It’s the lady who seem like a manager, but she always has a grumpy nasty face mean as hell food was cold. I continue to go back because it quick for me because I work right across the street but the last three or four times I have went there food have been cold, and that lady is extremely grumpy. Everybody else seems to be pretty nice.

Jada and Crystal yal are some of rudest employees. Whewww. And something told me not to go there.
I ordered online. My jerk turkey was soaked in oil. Which made it hard to eat. I asked for my cup and they just pointed to the end of the counter. Customer service is nonexistent. The one on 103rd Street is better.

The cashier was very friendly. Our order took about 10 minutes and everything was okay.Dietary restrictions: Had a veggie sub with no cheese , could have put more veggies on it.

This location is slow and a little bit ghetto. Food is decent but the personalities and work ethic is terrible at best.
