Well unlike the other reviews mine will be more honest. The staff is lazy and even though I ordered directly from them, they waited till the delivery guy got there, to say that they didnt have my food I ordered and that I could not get it because they were not going to make anymore 3 hours before the store even closes. Definitely never ordering from dunn Ave ever again. Way to make firehouse look bad guys.

Every time I come to this store there is always an issue. Today it was a kids grilled cheese that was burnt on one side and not toasted on the other. Additionally there was no kids side and no milk with it either. The inconsistency of this spot is outstanding and the staff is rarely friendly. My family has come here countless times over the years and I’m finally done with this place.

Great subs, but overpriced imo. If I didn't have a coupon I probably wouldn't have came here. Service was slow & there was a verbal outburst / confrontation between employees with a store full of people. Decided to take my food to go. Likely won't be back. May be best to order online.

Walked in shortly after 930 and they said they weren’t taking in store orders anymore. What a joke. If you hate your job work somewhere else or at least turn the open sign off.

Today, I Door Dashed an order today from the Dunn Avenue store for myself and 2 family members and had an issue with every item ordered. Firstly, DoorDash reimbursed me for missing items on one order, but the other two were received COLD, the sandwiches and the soup (had to microwave both). A call to the store went to voicemail that stated the mailbox was full! Not a happy customer here.

I’ve picked up orders here. They have fixed the food and have the food sitting to the side, so I wait longer. How do someone come in after you and get their order, also the time stamp showed when the food would be done. Over an extra 20 mins of waiting for a sandwich to be made. I think that’s when being incompetent comes in.

As you can see here I ordered 3 Clubs on a sub the 1 I wanted everything but Monterey cheese I added caramelized onions that substituted for the raw onions plus Cajun mayo (mayonnaise and Dijon mustard comes with it.) The second one I wanted everything on there but mayonnaise and to substitute the raw onions for caramelized onions. The third one I wanted everything on there but tomatoes and they just threw everything together on the first sandwich didn’t have mayonnaise Dijon mustard tomatoes or the cooked onions I had the chipotle mayo and lettuce but I didn’t get everything else I asked for. On the second sandwich it didn’t have cooked onions tomatoes or Dijon mustard it had lettuce monterey cheese they followed that I didn’t want any mayonnaise on it. Then on the last order I didn’t want any tomatoes but they put tomatoes on there when I said not to and when I tried to call them they picked up the phone and when I was in the middle of explaining about the orders they hung up on me called back several times and there was no answer the service was terrible I wasn’t satisfied it was cold when normally Club on a sub is a hot sandwich the meat is supposed to be steamed I didn’t request it to be cold and I only requested that all of the bread would be toasted and that’s it pictures are down below.

I walked in at 8:00pm two hours before they close and as soon as I walk in to order I was told sorry its going to be a 45 might wait. Mind you there was NO ONE in the store placing or waiting for an order. What horrible customer service. So sad.

On 12/30/24 I placed my order at 12:14pm. I did not receive my order until 12:54 pm. I ordered a large meatball sub and a side on macaroni and cheese. The macaroni & cheese was cold and my meatball sub was absolutely disgusting, it looked as if it was microwaved on high for three minutes! Not to mention that the meatballs were still ice cold in the middle as if they were frozen! I have eaten at many Firehouse Subs and I have never had a bad experience.
