I ordered my sandwich thru door dash it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got it an hour later. I tried calling them the phone would ring one time and hang up. I will be telling corporate about this they park at my job by the airport and I see them all the time.

Our experience with Firehouse Subs was very good. We placed our order and then waited to receive our food to go.Parking: We had to walk a little bit. Several businesses are located in the area and share the parking lot.

I ate lunch today at this FHS with my daughter and granddaughter…they frequent FHS’s at different locations, but my daughter said the staff at this Dunn Ave location was the nicest she’s ever come across .. great job to your sensational staff!!!

I was a first-time customer at FHS on Dunn Ave. After I placed my takeout order for a fully-involved med italian with banana peppers, a postal worker who must have been a regular came in 5 min later, saying he was on his break. He got his order and left. I didn't make a fuss 'cause I don't like to antagonize anyone preparing my food. Almost 10 min later, I picked up my order. Arriving home 5 miles away, the sub had leaked thru the container and bag onto my carseat which, luckily, was leather. When I opened the sub, it was a sloppy, slimy mess missing the banana peppers, that I had to rebuild to eat. It was such a disgustingly gross mess to eat that I threw the remaining half away. Next time I'm in the mood for a sub, I'll drive the 12 miles to Jersey Mike's, where you can at least oversee your sandwich being made correctly and you receive it in the order that you're in line!

We ordered a couple of subs. Delicious food, clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Great experience!
Don't waste your time. I put in an order online and arrived 20 minutes later; it was not on the to go rack so I asked if it was ready. "We're working on it ".Over the next 15 minutes half the employees did nothing but wander around behind the counter aimlessly. This old guy was hitting on a young co-worker, creepy and gross, old enough to be her dad. There seemed to be no manager there, as no direction was given to the wandering employees and the line at the counter continued to grow.I asked again about my order. "We're working on it ". I canceled my order and left. Don't waste your time.It was around 3pm, not the lunch rush.

Mickie and Paul made my sandwich order a pleasure, on all days Christmas Eve. What a great team you have here on site. I am making this me default ordering spot.
Wait was toooo long. Advertised free sub for "J" names then found it was BOGO.Cashier said it came with lettuce, tomatoe etc but mine only had meat, cheese and bread.Employee was unsanitary - wiped her nose wlith her palm. Obviously congested bcuz she was breathing thru her mouth - needed a mask and two gloves not one.Mgr did offer free chips for the wait.
