Firehouse Subs NAS

I ordered the Italian sandwich through DoorDash and ended up with this!!! Not sure what the hell these even are but they were on my sandwich!!! Very hard plastic like pieces!!!!!!! And it wasn’t just one piece it was multiple!!! Can someone please explain what the hell this is!? Not happy at all!!!

This location of Firehouse Subs is my favorite! (NAS on Roosevelt). The crew is always welcoming, happy, and our orders are always perfect! I also trust the cleanliness. I love that there is a gluten free bread option for my mom!

The Southside Jacksonville location could take notes.

Busy or slow this location never gets it wrong. The staff always seems to be having a good day and they get those orders out quick!

I will wait when on a trip to get close to home and enjoy my local firehouse.

This location consistently messes up my order. Which is usually a hook and ladder with no tomato and no mustard. It was also weird I went in tonight at 8:15... They don't close till 10 but all the front lobby lights were off and there were no employees behind the counter. Odd. Gives off the vibe that they are closed or about to be within a few minutes. I thought they were closed when I pulled up.

I ordered meatball sandwich and when I got back to work I noticed it was very burnt. I understand.
Things could burn but to give it to a customer It's crazy

Pastrami, but no Swiss, no rye.

Excellent Sammy as always. I had the pastrami on white. Got there at 1045 so it was quick. I was greeted kindly and the person who took my order was nice.bthe sandwich was FULL of meat and, of course, the excellent pickle on the side. Bread was perfect. Overall a great experience.

This restaurant is always welcoming and clean. The staff is quick and efficient. The food is always great. I have never been disappointed.

Parking: This location is in front of a Super Target whose parking lot is only full when The Blue Angels are in town. There is always parking except on those 2 days every other year.

Mickey is rude, needs to work on acknowledging customers, has an attitude problem. I would definitely recommend a customer service retrain for her. Remember Mickey you called Fire house sub to work at least provide what they are paying you for CUSTOMER SERVICE. Overall THE FOOD IS GREAT!

Foods good as usual. But the service at this establishment is absolutely incredibly horrible. Been here two times in the last month because of working on base and both times have taken over. 30 mins. Gave them the benefit of the doubt last time cause they was sorta busy. But with 5 people ordering in front of em this time it’s quite ridiculous. As I sit here and type this sitting in the chair I wonder how this place is still open. Management needs to step in on this.
