OMG!!! I regret not taking a picture of our food or store.As we entered the store we were greeted by two young people very clean sweet and professional.Everything was very clean, my husband and I were in the middle of running errands so we had our subs to go. The Tuna sub was unexpectedly DELICIOUS and my husband's Chicken meatballs were yummy according to him.Do I recommend it YES!!!We will be visiting soon

This trip was better than the last. Although Firehouse did not respond to my survey( probably because they are now owned by Popeyes), the preparer had on a scarf and a hat. The last time the women had long weave and no net, scarf nor hat.As far as the food and service goes, they cannot follow directions which impacted the taste of the food. I asked for no onions and no tomatoes and that is what I got. It is a good thing I am not allergic. They need to read the ENTIRE online orders!Parking: The parking lot is not large and shared with other businesses. Watch out for people who don't have sense enough to slow down.

Typing up this review again because it wasn’t posted.Came in for dinner with my mom last week and both subs we ordered in person were wrong because the girls working didn’t care and were having their own conversation.Ordered 2 more subs to go, both of which were also wrong for the same reasons.The restaurant itself was clean but definitely will not be coming back to this location. Do better.
This store has an awesome staff (daytime) with exceptional customer service! I'd like to give a special shout-out to Tianna!!! Thank you for your Rock Star service!!! We need more employees like you around J'ville!
