Sarah and Janai are amazing they serve with the spirit of EXCELLENCE! As a matter of fact, every time I go there sandwiches consistently great. I don’t eat out to often when I do Subway 103rd.

I never had an issue with this location until recently. I have had food poisoning multiple times now after eating my sandwich and so has a coworker of mine. My sandwiches are sometimes made correctly and the quality has gone down. I just can't eat here ever again.

Last time ordering from this location! Sandwich is wrong most of the time! So i made it simple! Just tomatoes and lettuce and cheese. Guess what no tomatoes and deli mustard. And I didn't want the mustard 😩

Employees behind the counter are more worried about laughing and having fun then making any one sandwich. sat in a lobby full of customers waiting as it took 10 minutes for each sandwich to be made. Then when I finally get mine it's a completely burnt disgrace of a meatball. Your employees obviously don't care about what product they send out as long as they don't have to eat it,and on top of that I have to pay a premium price as well as be asked for a tip which I gave the max. If you're going to serve dog shit food then charge dog shit prices. If you're going to hire lazy and non-caring employees I will definitely take my money elsewhere and never coming back. I suggest you take your money elsewhere aswell
